5 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY 1. The University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt GmbH charges the exhibitors of the Austrian Space Cooperation Days June 7 & 8, 2018 the following fee for one stand (prices excl. 20% VAT): Exhibit space Booth 690, - Exhibit space TOP 750, - Each stand booking includes: carpet Electricity Listing in Exhibitor Directory (print & online) Posting on the official FHWN Facebook page (fhwnfan) with more than 10,000 fans In addition, the package includes WiFi access and exhibitor refreshments 2. The selection of trade fair stands takes place during online registration by the company ( First come - first served principle). The organizer reserves the right to change the location of the stand. 3. The desired stand accessory (furniture) can be ordered directly during online registration. The order must be made by May 15, 2018 at the latest. For later orders, a surcharge of 35% will be charged. 4. Assembly and dismantling of the exhibition stands: Construction on June 4-6, 2018 from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm Construction on the day of the event June 7, 2018 from 7.30 am to 9.00 am Dismantling June 8, 2018 starting at 6:30 pm Dismantling June 9, 2018, from 7:30 am until 2 pm 5. Detailed information on all exhibitors will be available on the website: austrianspacedays.at 6. For online registration (austrianspacedays.at) a user account must be created in advance. This user account gives you access to the online administration. Functions of this online administration: Online registration including ordering additional equipment (furniture) Enter data for the exhibitor directory 7. For cancellations of the stand or furnishings after May 22, 2018, the full fee will be charged. 8. The exhibitor agrees to the processing and publication of pictures and video material made during the event. 9. In the administration of registrations and coordination of the ASCD 2018, your data will be processed by the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt GmbH. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
