2 FUNCTIONAL CHANGE The digital decoration technique pigment has achieved a good level of maturity so as to be managed by all ceramic manufacturers. It becomes necessary the use of a new digital structure where the workflow will run on multiple machines: a full digital architecture. We are standing at real functional changement of the tile dictated by: 1) New production needs: a wider range of digital products improvement; savings; eco-friendly. 2) New tools and solutions provided by the manufacturers of this technology: Printhead producers; Inks producers; Machine producers.
