2 Sponsoring COMPUTEX 2018 Sponsoring COMPUTEX 2018 Qualifications All COMPUTEX 2018 exhibitors may apply to be a sponsor. Non-exhibitors are restricted to certain items. Application deadline COMPUTEX accepts applications from September 16 th, 2017 to March 31 st, 2018 or when availabilities sold out before then. Criteria Applications are based on a first-come-first-serve basis according to the date and time received. If applications for the same sponsorship are received at the same time, the previous year s sponsor or the exhibitor with large booth space shall have priority. The same exhibitor may apply for up to 5 sponsorships at the Nangang Exhibition Hall; this restriction does not apply to the other venues. The organizer retains the rights to the final decision and distribution. Payment The prices listed in the sponsor manual are before tax and valued in TWD. The organizer will notify the accepted sponsors via . The accepted sponsors shall make a deposit payment of 30% of the listed sponsorship price within 5 working days of the notification. The remaining balance shall be paid in full within 20 days of the notification. Overdue payment or failure to pay will be viewed as giving up of the sponsorship, and the sponsorship will be released. Any payment made will be forfeited. Rules and regulations Sponsoring exhibitors shall submit their designs for approval to the organizer no later than April 6 th, 2018 (Please save only 1 design per disc). File specs: Photoshop files with 300dpi or higher. The print out size must comply with the advertisement specifications. In consideration of safety, image and consistency in exhibition quality, the production and construction of sponsoring exhibitors designs will be carried out by the organizers affiliated contractor. Please abide by the venues regulations on construction while constructing the sponsors ads. In the event of damage to equipment, the organizer may request for the cost of repairing the damaged equipment from the sponsoring exhibitors. The organizer retains the right to make changes to any sponsor ads. If the organizer cancels a sponsor ad before its production, the sponsoring exhibitor shall receive a full refund for the ad and waives the right to request for any compensation.
