1 Christian Core Academy Supply Lists All supplies need to come to the CCA Ice Cream Social on August 16, 2018, 6:30pm. Please note: Student planners and phonogram cards are available for purchase during the ice cream social. CCA students 2 nd 8 th grade are required to purchase a planner and each family needs to purchase one set of phonogram cards if they do not already own a set. The science lab fee is only for middle school students. One check may be issued for all purchases at the ice cream social. Be sure to bring either exact change in cash or your check book to the ice cream social. Phonogram Cards--$18/set (one set needed/family) Science Fee-- $25/family Pre-K Supply List **Please label only the items indicated to be labeled, some need to remain unlabeled. Place all items in a labeled paper grocery bag to bring to school. Big Kid large enough to hold a folder and a water bottle Labeled water bottle with pop top or straw lid (something that will not spill if tipped over) 1 plastic pocket folder, labeled 2 SMALL Elmer purple glue sticks, unlabeled (not the fat sticks) 1 pair Fiskars scissors for kids, labeled (be sure to get a left handed scissor if your child is a lefty) 1 pkg. fat Washable Crayola Markers (standard colors), unlabeled 1 pack 9x12 pack of construction paper 1 set of Prang watercolors w/brush, 8 color set (not glitter-basic colors), labeled (found at Target or Office supply stores such as Staples or Office Depot) 1-3 ring binder, hard cover, 1 inch (please label spine with child s first name) 1 packages of small party favor items (plastic animals, bubbles, jewelry, stickers, etc. no glow sticks or choking hazards such as bouncy balls please) 1 change of clothing (including shirt, pants, underwear, socks all in labeled Ziploc bag)
