2 SERIES S HANDPAINTED TILES Decorative tiles have adorned bathrooms across Europe for centuries. From the ports of Amalfi to the villages of Spain, artisan-painted tiles capture the essence of the Mediterranean. We celebrate the heritage of these seaports with the Series S range of ceramic tiles, handpainted in Italy and available in the UK exclusively through Balineum. Herein you ll find individual cards representing the collection. From classical to geometric, patterns are listed alphabetically by name and include decorative field tiles, borders and trims. Some field designs have matching borders whilst other borders sit on their own for you to mix with patterns or pair with plain wall tiles. We are happy to supply plain tiles in a range of complimentary colours, shapes and sizes upon request. We are also pleased to introduce listelli tiles to the UK. These tiles were originally designed to go around doorways in the houses of Italy. We love that idea and they also work well as a trim atop square field tiles. You ll find the listelli designs at the end of this catalogue. We hope you ll find these cards helpful in your design process. See something you like but wish it came in another colour, size or shape? Chances are we can do just that for you. Because this collection is handmade, the options are almost limitless. Flip to the colour chart on page 107 to see the range of glaze colours available. LEAD TIMES & PRICING Phase I: We will create four colour control samples (two for you, two for Balineum). This will take 3-4 weeks. Upon your approval, we ll use these control samples to create your final order. For Phase 1 there is a small sampling charge which will be credited to any future production order. As with all handmade products, slight variations are to be expected. They add character to the design and should not be considered imperfections. Phase II: Production orders. For orders less than 20sqm, expect 6-8 weeks for completion after colour approval. Prices vary depending on the tile size and design. We are happy to you a price list. For larger quantities, lead times are quoted per project.
