Then, depending on the thickness of the product the mchine cn be used in three wys: 1) Thickness less thn 4.: the mchine in this cse works in line without nything else to do, simply hve to pick up the product bound on the conveyor. 2) Thickness from 4. to 8.: it is necessry to use the seprting blde nd split the product in two booklets tht will be punched seprtely by the double-ction punching tool. 3) Thickness from 8. to 11.: more over the mximum punching limit of the mchine. BINDING SYSTEM HOW IT WORKS Clendrs hve simply to be plced onto the mchine nd collected t the end of the binding process. The mchine punches the complete clendr in one stroke, then hngers nd wire re inserted before everything is crried to the closing section to be bound. All this is done utomticlly. All punch pins re disconnectbles from the front without tking out the tools from the mchine, simply unscrewing screw. The djusting squre system hs been modified, reducing the chnge over times.
