3 Amy E. Miles Regal Entertainment Group Amy Miles serves on numerous boards, both corporate and non-profit. She is a director and Vice Chair of the National Association of Theatre Owners, a director of Open Road Films, Variety of Eastern Tennessee, the Regal Foundation, Radio Systems, Norfolk Southern Corporation and Townsquare Media. She also serves as a trustee of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. As a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Ms. Miles is proud to serve as a member of the University s Advisory Council to the Dean of the College of Business Administration. Ms. Miles was named Chair of the Board of Regal Entertainment Group in March, She also continues as Chief Executive Officer of the company, a position she has held since June, Prior to serving as CEO, Ms. Miles served as the company s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March, Ms. Miles also served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Regal Cinemas, Inc. from January, 2000 to March, Prior thereto, Ms. Miles served as Senior Vice President of Finance from April, 1999 to January, Prior to joining Regal, Ms. Miles was a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche from 1998 to 1999 and served in various capacities with Pricewaterhouse- Coopers, LLC from 1989 to Ms. Miles is ranked #44 in the Women in Entertainment Power 100 list. She has received several awards including the 2013 Marquee Award from the National Association of Theatre Owners, 2011 Grand Prix Award from CABLE of Nashville, and 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Tennessee s College of Business. Ms. Miles is married to Dan Miles and they have two sons.

Variety of Southern California was founded in 1941 by a group of men and women in the entertainment industry dedicated to inspiring hope, enriching lives and building a better future for the children of Southern California. Variety the Children s Charity of Southern California provides critical support for abused, underprivileged, physically and emotionally challenged children in our community. The proceeds raised from this tribute journal will go directly to programs in the areas of Mobility, Health Care, and Education serving children in need across Southern California.
