4 Meet The Professionals Frank B. Lewandowski, CFP Senior Vice President - Wealth Management, Retirement Planning Specialist, Financial Planning Specialist Mr. Lewandowksi began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1989 with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessors. He is an Institutional Relationship Manager and focuses on Corporate Stock Option Plans, Corporate Retirement Plans, Foundations and Endowments, as well as High Net Worth Individuals. He is a member of the firm s President s Council, and has been awarded America s Top Financial Planners Awards for 2008 and 2009, which selects advisors based on a point value system that awards points for education, years in practice, and affiliations with professional associations. Mr. Lewandowski graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Arts in 1971, and then earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) designation in He is currently a member of the Certified Senior Advisors, the Philadelphia Securities Association and Phi Kappa Phi in Syracuse, NY. He is also a frequent volunteer for numerous community activities. Mr. Lewandowski is a newly remarried father of 8 children, and currently resides in Berwyn, PA. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, gardening, squash, golf, and is an avid Syracuse University Basketball fan. John L. McCarthy, Director - Wealth Management, Institutional Fixed Income Group Mr. McCarthy began his career as a Financial Advisor and Institutional Fixed Income Salesman in 1987 with Shearson Lehman Brothers, a predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He is an Institutional Relationship Manager and focuses on Institutional Client Services, Institutional Fixed Income, both corporate and municipal, as well as developing relationships with high net worth individuals. He is a member of the firm s Director s Council. Mr. McCarthy graduated from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, and then again in 1994 with an MBA. He currently serves on the Board of a local little league and is actively involved in autism awareness efforts, cancer research fundraising, and supporting local high school athletic teams. Mr. McCarthy is married with 2 children and currently resides in Malvern, PA. In his spare time, he enjoys following local sports teams and spending time outdoors in a variety of activities. 5 Patrick O Connor, Registered Marketing Associate, Financial Planning Specialist Mr. O Connor began his investment career in 1996 with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessors. He has extensive experience in banking relationships and focuses on High Net Worth Individuals, as well as strategic partnerships with other area professionals. He also focuses on retirement planning. Mr. O Connor graduated from West Chester University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He currently volunteers his time helping local schools and elderly couples in the area. Mr. O Connor is married, and is currently expecting his first child. He resides in Rosemont, PA, and in his spare time he enjoys bike riding and chess. John P. Finneran III, Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Specialist Mr. Finneran began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2007 with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessors. He is an Institutional Relationship Manager and focuses on Corporate Cash Management, Corporate Retirement Plans and works with many Professional Athletes and High Net Worth Individuals. Mr. Finneran graduated from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He was also a member of the Villanova University Wildcat Football team. He currently volunteers his time as an Assistant Coach for a local Junior College football team, and helps out with local youth football organizations. Mr. Finneran is single and currently resides in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, various outdoor activities and spending time with his family. Philip C. Triolo, Senior Vice President - Wealth Management, Institutional Fixed Income Group Mr. Triolo began his career as a Financial Advisor and Institutional Fixed Income Salesman in 1996 with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessors. He is an Institutional Relationship Manager and focuses on Institutional Client Services and Institutional Fixed Income, both corporate and municipal. He is a member of the firm s Blue Chip Council, as well as its Director s Council. Mr. Triolo graduated from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in He currently volunteers his time helping local little leagues, as well as helping to find a home for abused animals.
