1 Ralph Haupter Corporate Vice President; Chairman & CEO, Greater China Microsoft Ralph Haupter currently serves as Corporate Vice President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Greater China Region (GCR). Haupter is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Microsoft s business and investment in GCR and reports directly to the President of Microsoft International, Jean-Philippe Courtois. Haupter is a 10-year veteran at Microsoft and previously served as area vice president (AVP) of Microsoft Germany. He has also headed of the partner division for Europe, Middle East and Africa and held the general manager position of Microsoft s Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners Group for Western Europe, both based in Paris, and served as chief operating officer for Microsoft Germany before becoming the German AVP. Prior to joining Microsoft, Haupter served various positions in IBM in Germany and internationally. Born in Markdorf, Germany, Haupter received a bachelor s degree in engineering and a master s degree in 1992 and 1998, respectively. He is married with two children. In his spare time, Haupter is fond of skiing and sailing and has been a semi professional musician for over a decade.

2 Oscar Chow Director Chevalier International Holdings Limited Oscar Chow is a Director of Chevalier International Holdings Limited. He was educated in Hong Kong, Canada and the United Kingdom. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Master of Engineering. In 1997, he returned to Hong Kong to engage in finance and had worked in the corporate finance division of BNP Prime Peregrine and subsequently worked as an Associate Underwriter of Centre Solutions (Asia), a subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services, before he joined the Chevalier Group in Oscar Chow is a General Committee Member of both the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Chinese Manufacturers Association of Hong Kong. He is also Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Bahrain Business Association, a Shanghai Committee Member of the Chinese People s Political Consultative Conference, and a Court Member of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The University of Hong Kong.

3 Stephen Ho CEO CITIC Telecom CPC Mr. Stephen Ho is the Chief Executive Officer of CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited ( CPC ) since 2002 and appointed as the President of China Enterprises Communications Limited in Mr. Ho carries with him more than 30 years of extensive industry experience. Prior to joining CPC, Mr. Ho held senior positions at Cable and Wireless Systems Ltd, Hongkong Telecom CSL Ltd, Hong Kong Telecom Ltd and iadvantage Ltd. Mr. Stephen Ho not only earned a reputation for his industry experience, he has also made significant contributions to Hong Kong's ICT development. Since 2012, he has been the Chairman of the Communications Association of Hong Kong (CAHK). He also serves as the President and Chair on the Board of Governors of the US Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) since 2014, a committee member of IT Management Committee of Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) since 2012 and one of the member of HKTDC Information and Communications Technology Services Advisory Committee since Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with honors, specializing in digital communications from McGill University, Canada.

4 Piotr Feliks Grzywacz CEO Pronoia Group Piotr Grzywacz is a Tokyo based entrepreneur and leadership development expert. Piotr held several senior global and regional positions at Google and Morgan Stanley, where he advised executives on how to build their teams, and drive high performance in their organizations. Piotr is especially passionate about helping people become agile learners, sparking innovation, and handling complex challenges which have no easy answers. Piotr is an avid learner, he has two Master degrees in linguistics, and three post graduate business degrees. He is also pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration, focusing on complexity science and leadership. Piotr s hobbies include learning languages, social sciences and shark diving.

5 Nicholas Sallnow-Smith Chairman HKGCC Manpower Committee Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director Link Asset Management Limited Mr. Nicholas Sallnow-Smith has been an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board of the REIT Manager since April He is also the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the Finance and Investment Committee of the REIT Manager. Mr. Sallnow-Smith has 40 years of experience in the finance and treasury field in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and has extensive knowledge of the property investment/management industry in Hong Kong. He was Chief Executive of Hongkong Land Holdings Limited between 2000 and Mr. Sallnow-Smith is an independent non-executive director of Wynn Macau, Limited (a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and Unitech Corporate Parks PLC (a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange), and a non-executive director of Aviva Life Insurance Company Limited in Hong Kong. Mr. Sallnow-Smith has been actively involved in public service. He is the Chairman of Manpower Committee of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Council of the Treasury Markets Association, and a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong. He was the Chairman of the General Committee of The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong from 2012 to In the philanthropic sector, he is the Chairman of Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation, a Councillor of Foundation for the Arts and Music in Asia Limited, and of The East Asian History of Science Foundation.
