SincetheJanuaryruling,manycompanieshaveusedtheNoelCanningdecisiontochallenge NLRBrulingsrelatingtotheirlaborpractices.Accordingtoanalysisofcampaignfinance data,atleast38ofthesehavedonatedtosenaterepublicansopposinganoperablenlrb.
