8 2016 Scholarships $2,000 Adam Alessi, honor roll graduate of Forest Charter School I cannot express enough, how much gratitude I have for entrusting to me, this important scholarship. I know this scholarship will be a great factor in helping me attain my goals for the future. I am very excited to start attending Butte College next semester, and start working at becoming a paramedic, and eventually a firefighter. Your generosity will continue to push me through the next few years of my education, and serve as a reminder of the goodness in people, for my entire life. 9 2016 Scholarships $2,000 Alondra Delgadillo, Graduate of Sierra Continuation High School A young parent going to Sierra College here in Truckee to get an Associates degree to transfer to a four year program. Her interest is mental health and helping children. Working 30 hours per week while she maintains a 3.08 GPA, and volunteers for Read Up 4 hours per month. She has completed 15 college credits thus far.
