Motion to extend the completion date of Phase 1 (preliminary engineering services) with Gannett Fleming, Inc. of Foster Plaza III, Suite 200, 601 Holiday Drive, Pittsburgh, PA from May 31, 2013 to December 31, 2013 due to biological assessment of the project site for Mercer County Bridge 2303, Kelly Road, Hermitage. Motion to extend the completion date of Phase 1 (preliminary engineering services) of the contract with MS Consultants, inc. of Airport Office Park #4, 2 nd Floor, 333 Rouser Road, Coraopolis, PA from June 30, 2013 until September 30, 2013 for Mercer County Bridge 802, Race Street, Greenville for biological assessment review by the PA Fish & Boat Commission and US Fish & Wildlife Services.
