He did his M.Com (Gold Medallist) in the University of Burdwan and obtained his B.Com Hons. degree from the same university in the year He was awarded Tarunendra Bose Gold medal for his academic excellence in the year He had a scintillating start to his career, initially he was appointed as Assistant Professor in Assam University in the year 2011, followed by Sidho Kanho Birsha University, Purulia in 2012, West Bengal, and ultimately he joined the University of Burdwan in Mr. Maji is presently pursuing his Ph.D at the University of Burdwan. 1
