In compliance of Hon ble High Court of Rajasthan Judgment Order dated in the matter of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No 2867/ 2017 of Kashi Ram Vs UoI and Anr and other linked cases relating to Constable (GD) Examination 2011, Commission had invited the detailed representations from the aggrieved petitioners by , called them for Personal Hearing in batches from to and issued Speaking Orders to all of the aggrieved petitioners by the end of April, However, in the meanwhile, a number of other writ petitions have also been disposed of by the Hon ble High Court of Rajasthan in terms of Judgment Order dated In this respect, the Commission has received 243 detailed representations from the aggrieved Petitioners by After duly examining these representations, the Commission has now decided to give an opportunity for Personal Hearing to the aggrieved Petitioners.
