2 Andrew Leff SVP, National Business Development Executive Andrew Leff is the SVP, National Business Development Executive, for Bank of America Home Loans, responsible for overseeing the bank s external business development strategy and execution. He manages a team of business development managers who cultivate new mortgage business opportunities for Retail Sales through a vast network of Real Estate, Builder, Affinity and Trade partner organizations.

3 Michael D. Sanderson Divisional Builder Sales Manager Michael is a Divisional Builder Sales Manager and has more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience. His career track from Builder Loan Office to Area, Regional and Divisional Builder Manager makes him a valuable resource to our builder partners due to his broad knowledge and industry expertise. Michael brings the same level of professionalism and commitment to builders that he brought to our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps.

4 Chris McClain Builder Sales Manager Chris has been at Bank of America for over 10 years. In addition to his extensive history of community involvement, he s been a frequent speaker on topics such as the effects of Dodd Frank on the lending and real estate industries. As Builder Sales Manager he brings to the National Builder Division his passion for helping our real estate and builder partners take full advantage of all our company s capabilities, and for being a catalyst to our partners success.

5 Tracy Kinsinger Builder Sales Manager Tracy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, appraisal and home loans. A former loan officer, Tracy managed some of the largest homebuilder-owned mortgage companies in the country. His unique insight gained from this direct builder partnership makes his experience especially valuable in his line of work.

6 Tom Kranz Builder Sales Manager Tom was a senior residential real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He started his career working for a homebuilder and eventually led the East Coast region of the homebuilder s parent mortgage company. Tom is well-versed in understanding and satisfying the needs of builders and shares this expertise with the builder team he leads.

Having started his career as a broker for a builder mortgage operation, Tony continued on to manage builder relationships nationally. With his 10 plus years at Bank of America, Tony has found that making connections, both internal and external, can really drive success for our clients.
