The primary focus is on the development of the paragraph and short essay. The course includes a review of grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation. GEOG 111/GEOG 111H is strongly recommended for students who desire to transfer to CSU/UC. It is recommended that students complete GEOG 111/GEOG 111H within three years of completing GEOG 110. This course is designed for both the student with a moderate interest as well as the music major. As such, it serves as the first in a four-part series of music theory courses.
