2 The Maton Case is the result of almost three years of research and development, testing and refinement. Engaging the services of worldclass industrial design studio Cobalt Design, Maton set out to create a case that goes far beyond what has become accepted as standard in today s market. Every detail has been considered, every component tested, to ensure the best performance possible from a guitar case. Comprised of 48 individual parts, the Maton case has been designed to carry the force of impact away from the most vulnerable areas of the instrument. By absorbing the force within the case itself through the use of high performance materials, the internal structure acts much like the technology employed in today s motor vehicles, cushioning the guitar, ensuring a softer landing and improving the chance of avoiding significant damage. While the outer shell retains the same compact and sleek dimensions across the range, the internal components are engineered to perfectly accommodate each body shape, no matter which Maton Guitar you own.

The Maton Case Warranty Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure. 20.5cm This warranty provided by Maton Guitars is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Laws. Maton warrants that any new Maton case purchased from Maton or its authorised dealers is free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the case. To claim the warranty, you must send or deliver the case to the place of purchase, insured with satisfactory proof of purchase. The authorised dealer will then contact us and complete the necessary paperwork (resulting in a Return Authority RA Number) and have the case returned here at Maton or to an Authorised Maton Repairer as appropriate. Maton will repair or replace the case, as Maton deems appropriate, and return to the place of purchase. You will be notified when the case is available for collection. All costs involved in claiming the warranty, including the cost of freight (to and from the authorised dealer) and the costs of insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover cases that have been altered, tampered with, modified or damaged due to unsuitable or abnormal use. This warranty does not apply where defects or damage have been directly or indirectly caused or contributed to by the case s exposure to extremes of humidity or temperature.
