1 Manifesting Worksheet You really can have everything you desire, you will see when you believe it! I invite you to use this worksheet to follow the steps and practice your manifesting muscles to allow everything you want to be attracted to you with ease. Step 1: What do you want to create in your life? Set your intention for what you want to create in your life. Step 2: Think and feel the possibility Now ask yourself the question: What would it be like to (fill in the blank) Example: What would it be like to have a powerful launch that would reach hundreds or thousands of people, and create $10,000 or more in sales in my business working with my perfect clients. Think about the answer to that question and really imagine it actually happening and how it would feel to have that happen. What did you feel? 1

2 Step 3: Do a brain dump of all the ways it could happen Begin by writing out (or I call it a brain dump) all the ways that you could create that big dream in no particular order, just what ideas you have. I find that this gets my mind thinking about and focused on possibility. From that list, think about things you are doing right now in your business that could support you in moving towards your big dream. Is there things you could be doing or want to do differently? Next, breakdown your big dream and create goals that would support reaching your big dream. Example: I would love to take 4 trips a year with my family to beautiful locations. When would be the 4 times you would want to travel? Where would you want to go? What would it take to have that happen? Financially? Timeframe? Set the goal time, place and money goal to create it. The clearer it is, the faster it will happen. Braindump: 2

3 Step 4: Detach from the outcome This one is important: Detaching from the outcome means letting go of all the ways that you think it could happen the how. Stay in the possibility which allows you to keep your focus on what you want to have happen versus NOT happen. There are many ways you could get your results, in fact there are unlimited ways to create what you want and when you attach yourself to the only ways you know, you may actually miss out on opportunities. Goal: Get clear on what you want to create go through the steps above and be open to new ways 3

4 What if someone invites you on a beautiful trip? What if you are gifted some money for the trip? What if you are invited to speak in that exact location and your trip is paid for? What if.(open to divine guidance) Take note of any new awareness here. Were you feeling any attachment in the past on manifesting certain things? Step 5: Take the next step Put a stake in the ground to move forward on what you want to create by taking at least 1 action towards it right away. This says to the Universe that you mean business and I have found that many times that is all I have to do. Just take the next indicated step and let go of needing to know all the steps right away. What s your next step to show the Universe that you mean business? 4

5 Step 6: Keep taking inspired action quickly despite outward appearance No matter what reality shows you, keep moving forward. Keep taking the next step towards what you want to create as if it is done and you are on your way to pick it up. With each new step you move closer and since you aren t attached to the outcome, you are not attached to how quickly you get your result. I like to imagine that its already on the way to me, I just need to keep moving forward almost like if you ve ever experienced actual fog you can t see much until you get closer and then next thing you know its clear and you are there if you depended on your vision it would look like nothing was there.
