On the other hand, the Town Council owes a lot of money to the shops and supermarkets in your town and you want them to pay off their debt. Anyway, you need to organize the Christmas meal for the homeless and poor but your budget is zero. Try to convince the local shops to donate food, but it must be healthy and safe food.
