1 1. It s all about the visual right now! Share pictures, lots of pictures! Create some great ain free graphics with apps like: InstaQuote, PicMonkey, Canva and Word Swag that contain a quote or an inspirational message from you! 2. Share personal pictures! Give people a sneak peek into your life, into your business. People want to get to know YOU! (Yes, that is a picture of Kelly and I on our trip in Dallas when the electricity went out at our hotel!) 3. Give a shout out to your clients! People LOVE to be recognized so go ahead, talk about your amazing customers! 4. Ask fun, random questions! People love these! 5. Ask some fill-in-the-blank questions. This is a simple way to get people involved!

Have your community caption a photo! 8. Use niche specific hashtags in your posts to help create visibility. 9. Ask for feedback on projects that you are working on. People LOVE sharing their thoughts and opinions. 10. Host a contest or sweepstakes! People LOVE winning great prizes! 11. Post at minimum, 4x a day! Don t let your community forget about you! 12. Join in on trending conversations! Facebook and Twitter show you what topics and hashtags are trending! Add your spin and join in! 13. Create a 1-2 minute video that answers a question you get all the time! People want to see and hear from you! 14. Add in some humor! People love to laugh! Don t be afraid to share a humorous graphic (a clean one of course) or joke! Even better, ask people for their favorite childhood joke! 15. Engage! Want more engagement on your fan page? Then be sure to engage back with the people who reach out and are willing to chat with you! 16. Be inspiring. People need hope today! Brighten up the day of your fans by sharing an inspirational message with them!

When using a quote or graphic from someone, be sure to tag their fan page in your post. This helps you reach a new audience that may not know about you! 21. Use Emoticons to get more engagement! Add in some short posts (80 characters or less). Research has shown that the smaller the post, the more engagement you will get! 24. Share your story! Share with your community how you got to where you are. 25. Use a Call To Action (CTA) in your posts: Like if you.. Tell me your thoughts.. Click the link Tag someone who could use some inspiration Comment below
4 26. Celebrate the milestones! When you reach a certain number of fans, celebrate! Offer a special discount on your products and services for them! Create a graphic that revolves around this! 27. Create an signature that includes an icon to your Facebook page (and your other social media platforms too). 28. Thank your fans on a regular basis and let them know how much you appreciate them! 29. Promote your posts in the Facebook ads manager. Have a special message you want to get out? Promote it! 30. Create an irresistible FREE offer that you can share on your Facebook page. Post this as an offer on your page and not only will you increase your engagement, but also your list! 31. Share your top 10 reading list! People are always looking for good reads and your recommendation means a lot! 32. Have a pet? Introduce them to your community! There is just something about our animals that draw people in! 33. Did you find a great article online? Don t be afraid to share with it your community, even if it s from someone else. Share the wealth; your community will thank you for it! 34. Did an influencer in your niche post a great tip? Share it and tag the influencer. 35. What are top 5 myths in your niche? Share those via individual posts, video and/or blog post. 36. Did you find a great app that your community will love and that will help make their life easier? Share it! They will LOVE you for it!

Create a checklist that your target audience can usee to help make their life easier! 39. Host a Facebook Chat. Set aside a day and time to be available on your fan page to answer questions that your community has. 40. Share some of your favorite positive quotes that are inspirational for your target audience. People LOVE quotes and positivity is one of the content topics that are shared the most. 41. Create a collage in PicMonkey. This can include images from your blog posts, your team, your surroundings, etc. Be creative! 42. Ask your fans about their life, their business. People enjoy sharing about themselves! 43. Join in on the conversations that are taking place in Facebook groups. This gives you the opportunity to get to know new people who will most likely, come check out your page and engage with you. 44. Be consistent! Make sure that you posting on a daily basis. Don t post one day and then not again for a few days. No one will see your posts and they will not engage with you. 45. Post a question and graphic that sparks nostalgia. People love remembering events, things and times from their past. 46. Comment on other pages, as your fan page, where you know your target audience is actively engaged. 47. Hosting a live event? Take lost of pictures, post them on Facebook and encourage your fans to tag themselves.
6 48. Offer your community a special discount that is reserved just for them. 49. Make sure that your fan page has an easy to remember, custom name/url. 50. Add your Facebook custom name/url to your business cards. 51. Have FUN! Don t be afraid to add in some FUN Posts! 52. Differentiate yourself.
