The Story of Tracy Beaker - Series 2 - EP. 21 ELAINE: What can I do for you? TRACY: I want you to talk to Cam about filling in the forms to foster me. ELAINE: You know I can t do that. TRACY: I m a kid with behavioural problems. Tell her the longer I stay here, the worse I m going to get. ELAINE: Tracy - Cam has a very demanding job and a very very busy lifestyle. Adding you into the mix, is a big commitment for a woman like that, living on her own. CAM: Hiya. MIKE: Hello lovely, do you want some squash? CAM: Oh, cheers. TRACY: Cam, why haven t you ever got married? CAM LAUGHS. ELAINE: Tracy! CAM: So...we know each other well enough, to drop the pleasantries and go straight for the personal! TRACY: You still haven t answered my question. CAM: I know. Come on then, we d better get going. JENNY: Ok, ok, try this. You did borrow two coats of her silver glitter, so now she should be able to use your cranberry blush. Hello? 1
JUSTINE: But I only just got that! LOUISE: So? That s brand new! JENNY:...can I ring you back? JUSTINE: So give it! LOUISE: No! JUSTINE: Give it back! JENNY: All right...quit it, girls! I am losing the will to live. JENNY: Not now, Duke... My advice, in the future, use your own make-up. LOUISE: That s a rubbish answer. JENNY: Enough. I ve got about ten billion things I should be doing right now. LOUISE: But nothing s been sorted. JENNY: Well, if you think you can do any better... LOUISE: Couldn t do worse. JENNY: Right, help yourself. LOUISE: What? JENNY: You take over. See how you like it. TRACY: Let s go back to your place. CAM: What? Don t you want to go out? TRACY: That is out, for me. JUSTINE: Come on, Lou - let s go and do something else. LOUISE: I never get to boss people about, I want to see what it s like. 2
JENNY: You go for it, girl. Although it s not all about bossing! JUSTINE: That s not fair - I want a go! LOUISE: Ok......you can be Duke. JUSTINE: I don t want to be Duke - he works too hard. JENNY: She s the boss for today. DUKE: And Justine s me? I like it! JENNY: So, anyway, what did you want? LOUISE: Hey! So, what did you want? DUKE: Nothing...now. CAM: Found some. TRACY: Where? In the Mummy s tomb? CAM: I can t believe you want a girly face pack. TRACY: Maybe I like doing girly things. Well it can t hurt to make yourself beautiful once in a while. Here you first. TRACY: There...now you just sit back and relax. MIKE: Come on, kids, you can t sit around vegging in front of the television all morning. JENNY: Oh, Mike! MIKE: Jenny? What are you doing here? JENNY: I was watching tv. Louise said I could. 3
MIKE: Louise? What s she got to do with it? ADELE: Will you move out of the way. We re missing it! MIKE: Alright! Sorry! PETER: Stop taking new ones. MAXY: Boring. MIKE: Guys! What are you doing? MAXY: Louise said we could. MIKE: Louise!? JUSTINE: That is enough, Maxy. PETER AND MAXY: Sorry, Justine. MIKE: Somebody pinch me. Ow! Tell me what s going on? JUSTINE: Well, Jenny made Louise, Jenny. And Louise made me, Duke. MIKE: Did anybody make me anything? DUKE: Ask Louise. LOUISE: You were supposed to knock. to me about? Is there something you want to talk MIKE: Well, as everyone seems to be swapping round today, I was wondering who I m supposed to be. LOUISE: Ummmm. Mike. MIKE: Oh, but Jenny and Duke have the day off! LOUISE: I better keep a grown up spare. Just in case. way out. Shut the door on your TRACY: Cam. Wake up, Cam! 4
CAM: Argh! TRACY: Can we go out now? CAM: What? Show off our beautiful faces? CAM: Might have to forget about our outing, Tracy. Sorry. TRACY: That s ok. I ll get Mike to come and fix it - he s brilliant at that kind of thing. CAM: So am I. MIKE: Tracy! Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Slow down, slow down. Where are you? TRACY: Cam needs help! We ve got a flat tyre and she s changing it on the side of a really dangerous road... TRACY:...and it s heaving with traffic...argh! It s ripping by, really close! MIKE: Hah, right, I ll come and get you. D you know what the name of the road is? ZAC: But we want to play our computer game. ADELE: Don t you dare! Jenny - do something! JENNY: Louise! LOUISE!? LOUISE: What s going on? JENNY: They keep spoiling our TV programme. ZAC: They won t let us play our computer game! 5
ADELE: Don t you dare! LOUISE: All right......quit it, you two. I m losing the will to live. Now...how shall I settle this? LOUISE: Ready? LOUISE: Set...GO! TRACY: You re all shiny and oily. CAM: Get off! TRACY: What will the neighbours think? CAM: That I m changing a tyre. MAXY: Eurgh! That s gross! LOUISE: And the winners are......ben and Zac! ALL: Yeah! JENNY/ADELE: No...no... JENNY: They ve left loads... ADELE: But we won! LOUISE: You ve watched enough tv. Ben and Zac should get a go. JENNY: That sucks! LOUISE: Enough! I ve about ten billion other things I should be doing right now. CAM: What s Mike doing here? 6
TRACY: What took you so long? MIKE: Isn t that Cam s flat? I thought you said you were somewhere really dangerous? TRACY: It was, when I phoned you. TRACY: Cam really needed your help...the lorries were coming horribly close and she was desperate for someone to rescue her. MIKE: Hiya. I could have done that for you. CAM: Yeah, I told Tracy I could manage. TRACY: Cam! Poor Mike s driven all the way up here to help you. Aren t you going to invite him in? CAM: Yeah, of course. DUKE: ZAC: BEN: Come on! Go on! Yes! Come on, come on, come on, come on! DUKE: Ahh! BEN: Hah hah! Whoo! DUKE: Another game? For Champion of Champions of the whole world ever. BEN: Alright. LOUISE: Lets eat early today Justine? JUSTINE: Suits me. LOUISE: No. What are we having? 7
JUSTINE: How should I know? LOUISE: You re Duke. You should have planned a meal. Must I do everything round here? Ben, you can stay if you like. Come along. MAXY: Don t make anything green! MIKE: Very nice... TRACY: No, don t sit there! MIKE: What? What? TRACY: Sit over here... I ll move this out the way. CAM: Hey! Be careful with my work, you! TRACY: Care to pour, Camilla? TRACY: Biscuit, Michael? MIKE: Thank you. Cheers. You won t believe what I caught Maxy and Peter up to this morning. CAM: Making footprints in the butter? TRACY: I m just gonna go and freshen up. MIKE: No, but you re not far off... ALL: Grub! Grub! Grub! Grub! Grub! MAXY: Choc ice and chips! RYAN: Cool meal, Justine! 8
LOUISE: All she did was microwave the chips. It was my idea. MIKE:... cos Louise said she...she had to keep an adult spare! CAM: Unbelievable! ZAC:...but it s your turn to clear up. JUSTINE: But me and Lou made it! BEN: I m a guest. Not me. LOUISE: I m in charge! I ll decide. LOUISE: Two of these have been shaken up. On my command, rip your can open. The two with the fizziest cans, do the clearing up. Pick your cans. Ready? Ring... PULL! ZAC: That is so not fair! LOUISE: Right...Peter and Zac...you go and do the clearing up. MIKE: So, then, right the most incredible thing you ve ever seen happened...it was just unbelievable, this thing just flew down out of the sky and hit him on the head... because, because he woke up, well he didn t actually wake up, cos he was sleepwalking... MIKE:...then he got out of bed...then he said look, is there anyway, anyway possible at all......adele s room...and Adele woke up she...i couldn t believe it...and he was like...he was about to wee..er... TRACY: Jenny ll be wondering where you are. MIKE:...the weirdest noise I have... TRACY: Mike! 9
TRACY: You ve got to go now. This is my day with Cam, not yours. MIKE: All right, Tracy! Okay, fine. Listen, er......thanks for the juice. Bye. CAM: You re welcome. Bye. TRACY: What?...I was getting sick of him, trying to muscle in on us! CAM: Tracy...the flat tyre - wasn t anything to do with you, was it? TRACY: Cam! CAM: Tracy...I know you ll think I m barking, but I had this awful feeling you were trying to set me up with Mike. I mean he s very sweet, but he s so not my type. TRACY: Like I didn t know. So, what is your type? TRACY: Ow! 10
