The purpose ofthese crtera s to establsh the mnmum sgn standards necessary to nsure coordnated proportonal exposure for all tenants Performance shall be strctly enforced and any non-conformng sgns shall be removed by the tenant or hs sgn contractor at ther expense 2. Each tenant shall submt to the landlord for approval fve (5) copes ofdetaled shop drawngs ofproposed sgn ndcatng conformance to these crtera Sub submttals shall nclude but not be lmted to pertnent dmensons detals materals and colors 3 Landlord must ndcate wrtten approval and ntal one () copy and submt to Cty of Oxnard 4 The tenant shall submt landlord-approved drawngs to all agences requrng approval and shall pay for the requred approvals and permts 5 Tenant shall submt three (3) copes oflandlord-approved plans to Cty ofoxnard Department of Buldng and Safety; one () copy shall be retaned by Plannng Dvson. 6 The tenant shall pay for all sgns and ther nstallatons and mantenance 7 All work shall be ofexcellent qualty. Landlord reserves the rght to reject any work determned to be of nsuffcent qualty by landlord or the project archtect. 8 All sgns and ther nstallaton must comply wth local; buldng and electrcal codes. Local sgn ordnances should be consulted for requrements not covered n ths crtera 9 Tenant shall be responsble for penetratons leaks and/or defacement caused by hs sgn contractor. 10 No anmated flashng or audble sgns wll be permtted.. No exposed tubng lamps wll be permtted. 12. No exposed raceways crossovers conduts conductor transformers etc" shall be permtted 13. Sgn contractor shall provde necessary fastenngs and bracngs to securely nstall the sgn.

Banners pennants flags and captve balloons (overszed cold ar balloons prohbted) are not permtted unless a temporary use permt s ssued by the Cty Plannng Dvson. 15. Wndow sgns shall not cover more than 20% ofany wndow.. SPECFCATONS Type"A" Attached Sgn (see Exhbt A) Type "A" Condton #1- Major Tenants shall nstall one () sgn comprsed ofntemally llumnated metal letters wth plexglass faces per the attached drawngs letter edges to match the color ofthe storefront. Sgn faces to be plexglass color selected by Tenant subject Landlord's approval. Letters to be a maxmum 18" n heght and overall sgn area shall not exceed 18 square feet. Type "A" Condton #2 - Secondary Tenant shall nstall one (1) sgn comprsed of nternally llumnated channel letters wth plexglass faces per the attached drawng. Letter edges to match the color ofthe storefront. Sgn face to be plexglass color as selected by the Tenant and approved by the Landlord. Letters to be a maxmum of 14" n heght and overall sgn area ofeach sgn not to exceed 14 sq. ft. Type "B" Sgn -Ground Sgn (see Exhbt B) Type "B " Major- Tenant shall be requred to nstall two (2) sgns comprsed ofnternally llumnated channel letters per the attached drawng. Letter edges to match the color ofthe ground pedestal. Face to be plexglass color as selected by Tenant subject to approval by Landlord. Letters and graphcs to be a maxmum of 14" n heght and length s not to exceed 8'. The entre sgn desgn shall be revewed and approved by Landlord before submsson to the Cty ofoxnard for sgn permt. Type "B2" Secondary- Tenant shall be requred to nstall two (2) sgns comprsed ofnternally llumnated channel letters per the attached drawng. Letter edges to match the color ofthe ground pedestal. Face to be plexglass color as selected by Tenant subject to approval by Landlord. Letters and graphcs to be a maxmum of 5 3/4" n heght and length s not to exceed 4'. The entre sgn desgn shall be revewed and approved by Landlord before submsson to the Cty ofoxnard for sgn permt. Type "C" Sgn Type "C" - Wndow sgnage: Tenant shall be allowed to place n the upper wndow panel adjacent to the door not more than 144 square nches ofhand panted decal or stck-on letterng or graphcs ndcatng hours ofbusness telephone numbers for emergences approved credt cards etc. No other wndow sgnage shall be allowed ncludng but not lmted to temporary sgns sale banners posters and product nformaton wthout wrtten approval of Landlord.
