5 Why do we need Automation? Sales people rely on calls and drip s to convert and nurture leads. Speed is usually paramount in dealing with online leads (talk about portal leads etc) 1. Realtor.com shared leads need a contact attempt within seconds max 2. Website/Facebook/Google leads should be called while the visitor is still looking on the website

7 Pick Up The Phone!! Busy agents can have a hard time properly nurturing leads due to appointments and meetings Other agents aren t comfortable on the phone and/or have call reluctance Some agents just won t pick up the phone

8 Why The Heck Would I Automate This? Every inbound lead needs to be replied to QUICKLY & efficiently All leads should be followed up using a cadence specific to the lead source and type All leads are nurtured and followed up with by leveraging automation to stay in front of them I want my agents to remain consistent with their follow up. Take out the guesswork!!
