1 Directors, The countdown is here to month-end, & the adrenaline is rising...your goal is in sight, but production is short. Where do you find it now? Your diligent efforts over the next six days could DOUBLE your production & increase your paycheck by even more than double! THE BEST WAY to implement this is to PRINT IT OUT and highlight it as you go alongalmost like a checklist! I PROMISE there are hidden dollars out there- you just need to DIG a little and get on the phone! Don't freeze and don't buy into the holiday weekend crap!! :-) Cody and I were walking tonight and I said, "Gosh it seems like everyone had such a slow start to the month" He cut me off and said "Your totally have the wrong perspective. I just heard a pro baseball player who was signed on a multi million dollar contact and the team has been loosing and loosing and a reporter asked him, How does it feel to have such a slow start?" And he said...:"it doesn't matter because we are at the end. We just focus from here on out" Okay this is so important for us to own. I'm so guilty of focusing on where my month started and how things haven't fallen into place where I should be focused on, "okay, where is month going to end". I have 7 days to work with, what am I going to make happen? Don't look at how the month started- HOW CAN WE FINISH THIS? Trust me, between my aunt dying unexpectedly and my brother being arrested and having to be into rehab completely destroying his career with the airforce- I just wanted to scream!!!! This has been one of the most challenging months of my entire life! BUT..I choose to look ahead. Obstacles are stepping stones that mold me into a stronger woman!! I cannot afford for distractions to allow myself to lose sight of my goal. And it has nothing to with the recognition, diamonds, or trips- it has everything to do with the bigger picture. The outcome of this month has a direct impact on the future I want for my family so it is from that urgency that I work!! YOU must know what your direction/ urgency is otherwise this won't happen!! There's no telling how many more consultants you can still recruit & activate by Wednesday, just by being out in the personal space of your prospects & operating with an energetic sense of urgency! Preferably the groundwork has been already been laid for you to cross the finish line victoriously between your personal business activity & that of

2 your unit in the last 25 days, & now all that is needed is focused followup on the phone. On Monday- START booking up your June!! GET ON THE PHONE! I purposely scheduled a booking blitz with my unit for Monday because I know that non-major holidays are GREAT for getting ahold of people. Phones are slow that day so they are more likely to answer!!!! Today is the day to view or print some reports. Think of them as treasure maps to production! Be sure you have connected & downloaded the most recent reports into your Director's Desktop Office Manager. 1. Got to "Recruiters & their Teams", & treasure hunt there first: -Check your personal team to secure your own 13% Love Check. Have 5 of your team members ordered? Do you have in at least $600 wholesale yourself? Do you know that at 10:01pm tonight (PST) you are able to order the new Summer products including the new lash serum? I've already made a new pricing sheet featuring the serum (yes I will send as soon as it is final - I LOOOOOVE IT!) and am prepared to sell a ton this summer. I really feel this is MK's version of latisse and I think it's going to quickly become a best seller. -Next look at what Red Jackets have an "I" by their own name, yet have team members who have ordered? Unless an activating order goes in by Wednesday, she will lose a commission Check. Make sure you tell her immediately!

3 -Now check for 9% & 13% potential upgrades with Team Leaders & above...what Team Leaders are short of $600, yet have 5 team members who have ordered?...could order? What TLs have in $600 themselves, but are short of 5? A quick, excited phone call to those Red Jackets may be just the motivation THEY need to cross the finish line beyond what they are seeing today. If they even utilize the hotline there is no telling who they could recruit by Wednesday. Also, if you have someone who is at 3 active and let's say one of her new team members this month came in with 1800's..HELLLO that is 1/2 car production?? why wouldn't she stretch herself and get to 5 active so she can get her 13% (the difference on a $1800 of 4% is $72, where a 13% comm is $234. Paint the picture for her. In reality when she hits the 5, her comm will be well over $ Now go to your Unit Consultant's Wholesale Production report, & measure it against your May Unit printout, under Monthly Unit reports. (If you have a DIQ, be sure to print both Parent Unit & Qualifying Unit pages): -Who has qualified for the May party packs? Go through your ENTIRE production list and text reminders. The deadline for that should be tomorrow so that you can account for your production. Everyone that has placed a $200 or higher order (not including new consultants) should get a text from you "Hi Susie, Congratulations on your sales this month! Just wanted to give you a heads up you qualified for the $400 tier party pack for EARLY free samples of the new party packs, but you are only $98 wholesale away from qualifying for that and two full size of the new eye shadows! Deadline is tonight at 10:01pm Seriously. Those $98 add up!!!!! -What new consultants came in in April who have not yet ordered? The deadline for her new consultant product bonus is this Wednesday! Has she been reminded of that this week?

4 -What other new consultants need to place initial orders before the end of the month? Are they aware that an order placed June 1-5st will experience a long shipping delay? That DOES make a difference to new consultants! New consultants in qualifying units and/or on car teams probably have no idea that the timing of their order makes a big difference to someone else's goal. If this new consultant has a Team Player personality, she will want to know that her timing can benefit a team goal. How you communicate that must be sensitive, "If you are going to be ordering anyway, is there any way possible you can do so by this Wednesday?" - Check ordering patterns over the last 6 months...who is "due" to order by her traditional pattern? ( Example: usually orders every other month & has fallen out of pattern? Is she ordering? If her pattern has broken, why? Red Flag...) 3. THINK: Who has told you recently that she has sold a lot of product or "needs to order"...what if you call & offer to facilitate getting that inventory order in for her today before the end-of-the-month rush, so she can give the best service to her customers? From now on...anytime you hear that from a consultant, write a note to yourself in your day - timer the last week of the month..."has ordered yet this month?" 4. Finally, print your Former Consultants report ( under Monthly, then Consultant reports). Who will lose her wholesale buying power if an activating order doesn't go in by Wedesday ( On the far right will be note: New S.C [ showcase] needed after 10/04) Could a quick reminder call from you make a difference? Encourage them to collect a few orders from family and friends so that they can keep their discount and get 50% off of MK! Seriously- if she switches to Sephora she is going to pay double! Why not utilize her discount?

5 Our work is cut out for us, friends, so put on your running shoes! Cross the finish line Wednesday with your tongue hanging out, & whatever the scoreboard says, hold your head high!
