1 Align Your Vibration Raise Your Frequency in 30 Days! Welcome to the Align Your Vibration program! This 30 day program includes fun exercises, games, meditations and techniques that will help move you into ALIGNMENT with your deepest dreams and desires. First, let s explore what alignment means. When I talk about alignment, I m referring to your vibrational frequency. Everything is energy, and everything is vibrating at a certain frequency. This includes all matter, like physical objects, as well as your thoughts and feelings. The Law of Attraction works by bringing together like frequencies. You can t allow anything into your life that is not a match for your current frequency. So, if you are currently vibrating on the frequency of sadness, anger, or despair, you can t allow conditions that are vibrating on the frequency of fun, joy, ease or excitement. This can be incredibly frustrating because you re unhappy with your current situation and you want to attract situations that will make you feel better but you can t receive those things until you DO FEEL BETTER! Many people get stuck in a continuous cycle: They attract unpleasant experiences. They feel bad about them. And because they feel bad, they keep attracting more of the same. 1
2 This can go on for years. The good news is that you have FULL CONTROL over your frequency, and you can change it at any time. The key to changing your frequency lies in your emotional state. Take a look at this Emotional Guidance Scale by Abraham-Hicks: Joy/Appreciation/Empowered/Freedom/Love Passion Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness Positive Expectation/Belief Optimism Hopefulness Contentment Boredom Pessimism Frustration/Irritation/Impatience Overwhelm Disappointment Doubt Worry Blame Discouragement Anger Revenge Hatred/Rage Jealousy Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness Notice how the most painful, negative emotions are at the bottom of the scale, while the most positive, enjoyable emotions are at the top. 2
3 When you are trying to attract something into your life, consider how that experience would make you FEEL. For example, if you re trying to attract a wonderful relationship, that experience would make you feel very loved, secure, and passionate. Is that how you feel right now about relationships? Probably not! Instead, you probably feel frustrated, insecure, disappointed, and discouraged. In order to allow that wonderful relationship to come into your life, you need to work on improving the way you FEEL about relationships. When you can honestly say that you feel excited, eager, optimistic, hopeful, and happy about having a fabulous relationship, it will manifest for you. You Have to Do the Inner Work First I know you may be thinking, Well, the only reason I feel so frustrated about relationships is because I keep meeting such losers! If I could find the right partner for me, I would definitely feel wonderful about relationships! Unfortunately, it won t work that way. You have to do the inner work FIRST, and then the outer stuff that matches your dominant frequency will manifest. It s the same thing no matter what you are trying to attract into your life: relationships, success, opportunities, money, better health, or anything else. With any of these subjects, consider how it will feel to have what you want, consider how you feel about that subject right now, and you ll see that you are not aligned with receiving it YET. But you can change that quickly & easily. 3
4 Be Very Consistent and Dedicated to the Work I want to stress that this inner work is not hard to do! In fact, it s a lot of fun and very enjoyable. It s going to make you feel amazing! It doesn t have to take a long time, either. If you are consistent in doing the exercises every day, it s possible to make FAST progress on your desired outcomes. You don t have to spend a ton of time on this inner work, but you should definitely do SOME work on it every single day. If you can spare 15 minutes a day, that s fantastic! If you can spare a little more time, even better. The more time you devote to these exercises each day, the faster your progress will be. However, there is such a thing as overkill too. There s no need to spend hours on this work every day, and if you do that you might end up getting overwhelmed, which will only backfire on you. Ideally, you ll want to set aside anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour each day for the exercises. That s all you really have to do. Any more than that is overkill, and any less than that may slow down your progress. How This Course Will Work Every day, choose an exercise, technique, game, or meditation that will move you into a state of positive emotion. You are not required to use EVERY exercise I've included. You will probably find that some of them don t appeal to you much, while others appeal to you a LOT! It s okay to use the same exercise several days in a row if you really enjoy it, and skip the exercises that don t appeal to you much. 4
5 Just be sure you are working with at least ONE of the exercises every day. Can You Work on More Than One Goal? YES you can definitely work on more than one goal at a time. However, keep in mind that if you are trying to attract a long list of things, it might be overwhelming to try to work on ALL of them every day. I m recommending a minimum of 15 minutes a day on these exercises, so if you have 4 goals you want to work on, now you re spending an hour a day, which might be difficult if you have a very busy schedule. With some of the exercises, you can combine multiple goals and work on them simultaneously, but not all of the exercises will work that way. So my advice is to work on no more than a few goals at one time. The fewer the better, because trying to focus on too many at once will dilute your focus and take longer for each goal to manifest. Once you know these techniques, you can use them on unlimited goals for the rest of your life! Don t feel like you have to manifest everything in the first month. Start with the things you REALLY, REALLY want, then move on to the others. The Key is to Help Yourself FEEL BETTER I know that your major goal is to make progress on the outer stuff to finally attract those wonderful things you want! However, throughout this course I want to encourage you to focus most of your attention on FEELING BETTER. 5
6 That is the sole purpose of the exercises. When you start feeling better, it means your frequency is starting to rise, which means you are coming into alignment with your desired outcomes, and the outer stuff will manifest all on its own. You don t have to focus on that part of it, unless you feel like you are being nudged to take a specific action. But those actions will occur to you at the right time. You don t have to seek them or pursue them. In fact, doing so can set you back. Also, avoid looking for evidence in your outer life. Many of us will use a manifestation technique, and then immediately look at our outer life and ask, Did it work? Did more money come in? Am I going to meet my soul mate now? Is that great job here yet? Whatever you re trying to attract into your life, DON T keep looking for evidence that it s starting to manifest! When you do this, you are essentially dragging your frequency back down again. You will be spending time working on exercises that make you feel wonderful, which brings you into alignment with your goal, but if you then start looking for evidence that it s manifesting, you ll get discouraged if you don t see it yet which only drags down your frequency so you have to start all over again. As challenging as it may be at times, I encourage you to make it your ONLY GOAL to feel better. If you re feeling better, you will know that you are making progress. And when you feel better consistently, day after day, it won t be long before evidence starts coming to YOU. You won t have to look for it. When it shows up, you will know it. It will be very clear and obvious, and it will thrill you! 6
7 You Can t Make Huge Emotional Leaps Another important thing I want to point out is that you cannot make huge leaps up the emotional scale. If you are currently feeling discouraged, you cannot leap straight to passion and excitement. They are way too far apart, and if you try to make big leaps like that, it s going to stir up a tremendous amount of resistance and make you feel AWFUL. Not only that, you risk manifesting some unpleasant situations because of the resistance. Most of the exercises and techniques I ll be releasing are designed to help you move into states of joy, excitement, eagerness, enthusiasm, gratitude, love, and empowerment. But they will not work if you are currently in a negative state! Like I said, if you try to jump from a negative state to a super-positive state very quickly, it s going to stir up a lot of chaos. Instead, what I want you to do is use some neutralizing techniques to help you bridge the gap. The first two exercises on the download page are going to help you move from a negative state to a relaxed, peaceful state. And from that relaxed, peaceful state, you will be able to steadily move into the higher positive states. So here is what I recommend you do each day. Before you begin working on the exercises, ask yourself, How do I feel right now? Consider how you feel in general, and also how you feel about the subject you are preparing to work on. 7
8 Take a look at the emotional guidance scale on Page 2 again. If you feel any of the emotions below contentment, it s very important that you DO NOT start with the super-positive exercises. Instead, spend 10 minutes using one of the neutralizing techniques FIRST. Those are designed to help you move into a state of peace, calm, and centeredness. Once you feel calm and centered, you will be able to use the more positive exercises without a problem. So, to recap: 1) Choose one exercise each day and work on it for 15+ minutes. Be consistent! 2) If you feel any negative emotion, use one of the neutralizing exercises FIRST! 3) Make it your mission to FEEL GOOD - that's the whole purpose of the work. 4) Don't try to make huge emotional leaps. Work on feeling a little bit better, and a little bit better, and a little bit better. That will get you there! Are you ready to get started? Click here to go to the download page.
