1 15 Ways to Make $1000/month from home...part time...and then scale it up to a full-time biz! Hi there! I ve been wanting to do this list for a while! It s so easy these days to start a home-business that I believe everyone should. 1

2 Doesn t mean it doesn t require work. It does. But it s easier than ever to get a business set up and running. Here are some ideas for ways to make $1000/mo or more. Many of these are services I offer to my clients as part of my business. The great news is once you are proficient at these, you can scale up to add additional income and replace your j-o-b! Here they are: Social Media Marketing There are thousands of companies that pay people for managing their social media marketing and advertising. I built my business doing this. Once you can do it for one client, you can easily do it for 10 clients. It goes up from there. SEO - (1-3 clients) If you don't know how to do SEO, take a course on it. There's plenty of courses on Udemy on how to do this. Graphic Design A good friend of mine recently created a new logo, graphics and brand manual for a company. His fee was $12,000 and it was a third of what other bid was. In fact, you don't even have to do the work! You can outsource it. 2

3 Web Design - (1 client every two months) One client every two months will get you there. Don't know how? Learn Squarespace or Strikingly. They can be learned in a day and each website you build will make you $1000-$4000. At least. Blog writing - (3-4 clients) Write professional blog posts for their company website. I do this for several companies. It may take a few clients to get to $1000/mo with blog writing, but it can be done. Video editing Know how to use imovie? I don't either. But I've hired it out and you can too. Check out Upwork for providers. Sell online courses Record a couple of online courses and sell them on Udemy. The average instructor makes $8000/year! Imagine what you could do with that cash. Design logos This could be as simple as getting a logo app on itunes or actually doing the graphic design yourself. Or you could outsource it. marketing 3

4 Sending out professional s and newsletters on behalf of companies. Most business owners or managers don't have time to manage this. They hire it out. Write and sell ebooks I know authors who hire a freelancer to write their ebook and put it on Amazon Kindle store and sell it. Write your own book and sell it. Anyone can write a book these days. Set up Facebook ads for companies Have any experience setting up Facebook or Twitter ads? Many companies will pay top dollar for this. If it's done well, it makes them far more than $1000/month in return. Create social media cover photos for businesses Find clients that have atrocious social media cover photos for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube and offer to create cover photos for them. Write press releases for companies Don't even have to do it yourself. Go on Upwork and pay someone to write them for your company. Create HD video commercials for companies Find someone who can create video commercials or do them yourself and make online videos for companies. 4

5 Sell real estate part-time This is one of my favorites. I personally know an agent that has a full-time job and made an additional $27,000 selling real estate in the evenings and on the weekends. Just to his friends and family. Just gotta take a class and take a test. Most real estate companies will hire a part-time agent. When I had my full-time job, I had a real estate license and a family member called and asked me to help them buy a $150,000 house. They already had the house picked out!! I helped with the paperwork and made a cool $4,500. The best part is that once you can do one or a few of these, you can simply scale it up until you have a full-time business if you want.
