Environment, management, etc. What do you feel you re an expert in, or what is easy for you to learn? What do you feel you have difficulty in, or what is hard for you to learn? What is your working hour flexibility? Will this be your only job or are you going to be working for others as well?

17 VA Hiring Process - Hiring Once you re communicating with your VA: - Agree on normal working hours (my VA s work same time as me) Agree on the final salary with them Agree on when you ll pay (suggestion is 2x/month - I pay weekly) Agree on Evaluation times Pay with PayPal & PAY THEIR FEES!

18 Remember this: Manage them like they are a true team member, which they are! Communicate on a DAILY BASIS Understand what they really want (income stability quite often) Give them extra money on occasion or paid days off. Use a system like Trello or Basecamp Try to meet via Skype or Zoom weekly for meetings. Use Slack or Skype for communications - is too slow. Realize that often they work for people in the USA that don t care about them.

19 Keep it simple Hire for one job at first! Communication is key communicate clearly and to the point. Be patient and don t expect perfection on day one. Give it time! Stay involved and be active with your V.A. SLOW DOWN - Allow your V.A. to enhance their knowledge and skill. Be prepared to train your V.A. and teach them new things. Once you establish trust with your V.A., start delegating more task to them and allowing them to do more stuff within your business. Set the ground rules before you hire your V.A., let them know what your expectations are.
