Preparation Tips: Make sure you re in a quiet place where nothing can distract you, and that you are not driving a car or any other vehicle. Be in a comfortable position so you can fully take part in any guided meditation and visualization exercises that may be a part of the class. Stretch your muscles before starting the class. Stretching loosens the muscles and tendons allowing you to sit (or lie) more comfortably. Additionally, stretching starts the process of going inward and brings added focus to the body. Take a deep breath. Breathing deeply slows the heart rate and relaxes the muscles to help you have a comfortable experience during any guided meditations or visualizations that may happen during the class. You can use candles and other spiritual tools in the room to further help you feel at ease. 2

When you re looking for an exit, you re driving in the lane, but when you know where you re going, you re driving in the lane. 7. What is the most IMPORTANT thing when it comes to finding your passion? 4

5 Discover Your Passion Exercise Under the skills column, list out 10 things you re good at. It can be ANYTHING and you don t have to be really good at them. And under the passions column, list out 10 things you enjoy doing(could be activities, hobbies, interests don t think too much about it just write anything that comes to your mind). Now look at both lists and see which ways you can creatively combine certain SKILLS with certain PASSIONS. There is no correct answer here this is just to practice the exercise and get your brain flowing in the direction of getting closer to making money doing what you love. SKILLS PASSIONS 5
