First off, I realize that this is probably not the first time you have heard of LipSense or in general the concept of an MLM. If you re reading this, it likely means that this opportunity spoke to you in a certain way or something stuck out that made you want to know more! You are here for a reason and everything that you have seen about this opportunity has been leading up until now, how incredible is that? In our day and age, I really don t think many people intentionally seek out an MLM to work for like they would a traditional 9-5. Why is that? I think it s honestly because of the reputation that they often get. I know that s how I was! We might see that there are others are already doing it so maybe there s an over saturation of the marketplace, right? Or we see how others are sharing and selling their products and it turns us off from that company so we don t want to have that reputation amongst our friends/families either. But what do we do when we have dreams/ goals/ideas and are looking for a way to get there? We might think that in order to get there we either have to go work a 9-5 OR build our own business and products from the ground up, right? Well to me as a busy stay at home mom, neither of those options worked for me! I didn t want to have to leave my babies and the thought of creating a product or starting something from scratch sounded so overwhelming to me.

3 Well, what i ve realized about MLM companies is that it s the best of both worlds. If they are a trusted brand with products that have been proven to work, then so much of the hard work has already been done for you in creating the reputation and products. But now it s up to us to jump in, be creative, and tackle our goals and chase our dreams! We get the opportunity to build our own brand within an established company, and they have already done so much to set us up for success, what s left is the fun part! Now, let s get into it! 4 Why do MLMs often get a bad rap? A lot of people with MLM s can tend to be pushy. I hate to say it but it s true, right? We ve all been there where we open an Instagram or Facebook message and it s an old friend from high school or college reaching out saying Hey have you heard of [fill in the blank], you would love it!l Maybe it s just me, but that s always a turn off to the company and the products because I just don t want them pushed on to me. And now it might make that relationship awkward which is such a bummer. Or even worse, you might get the message where someone says I think you would be great at this [fill in the blank] business, let me know if you want more info about joining my team! Well what I ve never even tried the product! How am I supposed to know? Maybe this works for some, but I will never ever ever do that. And to be honest, i ve never seen anyone on my team do that either. This is where I think SeneGence is completely set apart from any other MLM. Our products sell themselves! When we show people that our lip color does not come up and that it s waterproof, kiss proof, and smudge proof, people are so curious and want to try! We simply need to share and show the products, and people are intrigued to reach out to learn more!

I genuinely do not want to knock other MLM s and their products, I simply want to say that LipSense is SO MUCH FUN and is for women of all ages, all skin colors, all hair types, etc!

So, be encouraged that if you ve ever been turned off by the though of joining an MLM, that in this business you don t have to cold call anyone.

So, be encouraged that if you ve ever been turned off by the though of joining an MLM, that in this business you don t have to cold call anyone. All you need to do is show the your passion for the company, excitement for the product, and your reason WHY behind it all - which we ll get into later! But being completely honest, The concept behind an MLM has always been fascinating to me because we as humans and especially as women share what we love with those we love. So, the concept behind it is very intriguing, but it s so often not sold genuinely so it loses authenticity and becomes a huge turn-off. But there was just something different about SeneGence and LipSense. It genuinely looked so fun! It all started a few months ago when we were at a wedding and I went to take a picture with my girls and saw that I had lipstick all over my teeth. The thought crossed my mind, man I totally wished I had that magical LipSense stuff! My interest was totally peaked, so when I saw a gal that I followed that sold it was doing a big sale, I jumped on it! My first order I bought three colors (Napa, Goddess, and Caramel Latte) and was completely hooked! I remember that whole first week after I got them in the mail, I went to bed so excited to try a new color combo the next day. Heck, I still do!

After a record-setting 2017, 2018 is projected to going to be the most explosive year of growth in the company s history. 8 My Why Before having my babies, I was a wedding photographer for over 6 years. Once I had my first daughter though, I knew I wanted to be at home with her and any additional babies full time and am very blessed to have been able to do so, even if it s meant we have sacrificed in other areas. With that being said, I love learning and have been itching for a way to be creative again! My girls are at the age where they nap at same time, so I started looking to see if there was maybe something I could do in those couple hours during the day. Funny enough, I didn t put two and two together when I considered joining SeneGence. I just loved the product and wanted the discount initially, but then I felt a really strong inclination that I should join for something greater and it all came full circle. Our family has felt the call to adoption for some time but it has always seemed so far away in our lives. We have several financial goals to get to first, but somehow I had the thought, what if I did this and we could adopt sooner? I suddenly felt so motivated to help bring our future baby (God willing) home, and I couldn t say no to this opportunity right in front of me. It was so exciting to me and I realized that there is so much more behind this magical lip color. 9 The 6-year-long momentum phase has just started SeneGence is such an untapped market. There are only about 200,000 active distributors! Right now truly is the right time to get in - The company is exploding and taking off. It is in its momentum phase which means we have about 6 years ahead of us of explosive growth. We are in a market where a lot of people are selling the same thing, and I believe that with a little bit of heart and hustle, we can really change the concept of an MLM and really showcase how this is an incredible opportunity. I want you to know that the answer is 100% YES! Having a huge audience does not equal instant success. It s consistency, being continually motivated by your why, and being passionate about the products as well as your personal growth that will gauge your success. People buy from those love and trust, simple as that. I want to help you learn how to gain (and grow!) a trusted audience. What s incredible in our current social media culture, is the tremendous shift from focusing on celebrities and highly-paid bloggers to now valuing the everyday microinfluencer s daily content, which can be each and every one of us. Each person has their own perspective on life and unique talents - now is the time to share!

13 You can change your life Changing your life doesn t have to mean a million dollars. Changing your life can be an extra $50, $500, or $1000 a month. Think about the things that would change your everyday life. If you re really passionate about providing organic food for your family, an extra $200 a month could make that a reality. Being able to go and grab dinner with your husband and pay your babysitter - an extra $100 would make that possible. Being able to provide dance or piano lessons for your kids with an extra $300 a month brings me to tears that it could be possible for you.
