2 How to complete ths applcaton form Follow the nstructons we ll tell you what questons you need to answer and what ones you can skp. You ll need to have your bank buldng socety or credt unon detals to hand. Sectons 8 and 9 wll ask about your household fnancal detals. Dependng on your stuaton ether you (and your partner f you have one) your parent(s) or your parent and ther partner (f they have one) wll need to complete one or both of these sectons. Your partner parent(s) or parent s partner wll need to have ther Natonal Insurance number to hand. You need to complete all of the questons you re asked to. Any mssng nformaton wll delay your applcaton. Where we ask for supportng documents we wll need t before your applcaton can be accepted. Any mssng supportng documents wll delay your applcaton. Use the notes Where you see ths you should check the notes for specf nformaton to help you complete a queston or secton. Where you see ths you need to send us supportng documents. August 2018 The fnal deadlne date for sendng supportng documentaton for academc year 2017/18 s 31 August 2018 (12 months after your course start date).
