Here's the bad news What I am sharing with you is not a silver-bullet, get-rich-quick, no-work-necessary product or program. You can t simply push a button and sit back while business magically comes flying through your computer. (If you find this solution please contact me and share. ) With that out of the way, here's some REALLY GOOD NEWS! Listen: Everything we discuss in this guide can be implemented in your business no matter how new, young, old, special, or different you are. All of this leads to perhaps the most important automation secret of all... It Doesn't Need To Be Done By You! Getting results through others is the best, most efficient way to grow your business! Do what you do best and outsource the rest. You need to have the vision and the expertise. Literally everything else that needs to be done in your business can be given to someone who can do it better, faster and probably cheaper than you. Start by getting help with the administrative and techy stuff you need in your business, even if it s only an hour a week. Just get started. Take the handcuffs off so that you are free to make connections and have conversations with prospects. That s where the money is at! 11 5 Killer Strategies to Automate Your Business and Grow Your Income Here are just a few of the ways I grew my business more in the first 2 years than most do in 10 years (through automation) and you can too! 1) Autoresponders These are a series of pre-written, automated messages your prospects will automatically receive after joining your list. You can easily personalize them by having them add your subscriber's first-name, so it feels like it was written just for them. Using autoresponders the right way in your business can literally do your marketing for you AND take tons of work off your plate 2) Pre-program Social Media Posts There are many different software programs available and most are either free or less than $20/month. These programs let you preschedule posts and updates to your social media profiles. These tools let you be everywhere to your audience, which keeps you top-of-mind in their eyes. 12 3) Design and Implement a Metrics-Based Sales and Marketing System I haven t found a better way to guarantee you and your team will produce a constant flow of new business on AUTOPILOT. This is the most powerful business growth strategy out there and probably the most underutilized. It also happens to be my favorite business growth strategy and one that has allowed me to produce millions in profit, year after year. Learn how you can design your own metrics based sales and marketing system here: 4) Design and Set EVERGREEN Sales and Marketing Materials and Campaigns That's right. You don't have to write marketing campaigns from scratch! These can be repurposed over and over again for every prospect that enters your funnel while still looking and feeling totally unique to them. Once you have a set process and series of touches that every prospect will receive (beyond a bunch of s)......getting prospects to say YES will be effortless, because your automated marketing already did all the heavy lifting for you! 13 Evergreen Marketing Activities Can Include: Pre-recorded training audios and videos Pre-scheduled teleseminars and webinars (you would be amazed how many "live" webinars you've attended that were recorded weeks or even months in advance) Entire paid programs can be produced one time LIVE, and then used again and again (typically inside a basic Wordpress-based membership site). 5) Irresistible FREE Offers You should be constantly marketing your FREE offers as a way for people to get a taste of who you are, what you do and most importantly how much you can help them. If you don t have a free offer, you need to design one TODAY. Your FREE offers are one of your fastest paths to cash that pay dividends in new clients! A well-designed free offer gives your readers a chance to get to know you and your message - the first, critical step to helping them find their reasons to like you and trust you enough to invest in your products and solutions. 14 It All Starts With Outsourcing Whenever possible, use contractors, specialty sites and experts to complete anything outside your "genius zone, or below your pay grade. Does the "cost" scare you? It shouldn't. Let's say one hour of your time generates $200 in revenue. (It should probably be more, and I'll help you with that if that s the case - but let's use a conservative example.) An excellent, top-notch virtual assistant who can... take over all the "stuff" that's outside your genius zone work and deliver results without supervision, as soon as you show them the way actually innovate new ways for your business to save and make money that do not require your direct involvement...can be easily found for $50/hour, if not less. 15 Outsourcing is an investment you will make a significant return on week after week, month after month, year after year. I often get asked the question, When am I ready to get help in my business? and How can I justify getting help, since I'm not really making money yet? The answer is simple: the more you outsource the more money you will make. The sooner you get help, the faster you will make money.
