5 Fg» Tony Robbins On The Power Of Network Marketing STEP 4: Find your first couple of customers!» Often the easiest way to attract your first couple of customers is to share what you are excited about. Using social media is a powerful tool to do this. A post about what you're excited about with introducing the product/program into your life when your product arrives is a simple and authentic way to start. Your job is to create curiosity, not to sell! You could say something like: 'Looking forward to getting these Magic Beans on my doorstep in the next couple of days. Heard loads of great things about this program, can't wait to feel the benefits of...' (Share some of the benefits your hoping to get). Accompany this with a photo of our magic beans NOT the juice plus containers. You will find loads of pictures and JBT promo posts to use in the Team Freestyle photo albums on Facebook.» Social Media and Marketing Scripts: When you have interest, follow our social media and marketing scripts for how to take interest and turn it into an excited customer. %20%286%29%20%281%29.pdf?dl=0 Your upline is also there to help you as these first few conversations unfold. Remember to ADD VALUE with your posts and create curiosity. DO NOT sell. Your social media platform is your shop window. Be someone you would want to follow. %20of%20Posts%20example.pdf?dl=0 STEP 5: Plan a launch event Like any legitimate business, planning a launch event is a great way to let people know what you are up to! Think of it like opening a coffee shop- even if your best friend didn t drink coffee, they would love to come and support you on your opening night. Launching on a zoom event with the support of your team is an easy, no pressure way to get started. The purpose of the event is not to sell or rope everyone you know into the business, but just to let everyone know what you are up to and what you are excited about. The launch is like planting a seed- should it resonate with them now or any time in the future, or maybe they know someone this could be a really good fit for, they will know where to find you. Use the launch event invite script in the script book for inviting your prospects. We challenge you to personally invite at least 20x guests, but we would encourage you don t stop there if you think of more. Think about: -5 closest people to you, so they can come and support and see what you are up to and that it is legit and you are safe -5 people that would make up your dream team even though you may be thinking it may not be for them -5 people you think this will resonate with, maybe they share the same why as you -5 people who have interacted on any of your posts since you started. Ensure you personalise your invites and come from a genuine heart spacespamming and tagging does not work.

7 Step 6: Know your vision and story When you have a chance to share about what you do, it is your vision and story that will resonate most with people- not WHAT Juice Plus is, but WHY you do Juice Plus. Having a compelling vision is vital for your success. People buy YOU, and they will join you in where you are going, even if you haven t got there yet.» Listen to Bryan Marsh s training on how to create a compelling vision that people will want to join. GO PRO it's our how-to bible. Listen to it over and over for maximum effectiveness, or read it with a highlighter! Aim to have read or listened to it at least once by the end of your first month. The 30 x 30 Grid is one of the most effective and simplest ways to do this. It also keeps you accountable to being outcome focused and showing up for your business every day. The more you use and love our program, the easier you will find to recommend it when the opportunity comes up. Read through the JBT and shred guide, as well as our other add value files. Try the recipes and share your creations on Facebook! If you have your own health goals, you may like to plug into the program and share your journey and success as it unfolds. This is one of the most inspirational ways to encourage others to join you. Step 10- Continue learning what you need to know, as you need to know it! The best way to avoid overwhelm is to learn what you need to know as it comes up in your business. Here are some other useful links you may find helpful along the way. 12 New Customer Care Checklist Keeping customers is the key to success it's easier to keep a customer than to gain a new one! People will cancel out of a product without a second thought but they wont cancel out of a strong relationship. Aim to provide customer care that sets you above the rest! Here are the steps to follow once your customer order has been processed.! After the order is processed, add the customer to the JBT Group and tag them in the comments section of the pinned post with a little welcome message. E.g. Excited to Smith to this amazing program. Check out the video in this pinned post- it will explain where to find everything. Take time to read the guide in your own time and explore the group, and get back to me with any questions! Can t wait to help you achieve your goals!! After a few days check in with your customer to see that they have found the JBT Guide and are excited to try the recipes. Maybe suggest your favourite recipes. Ask them if their capsules have arrived, and remind them to take plenty of water with their capsules, and to place them somewhere they will easily remember to take them every day.! Check in at the 4 week mark to see how they are going taking the capsules and/or using the powder and to see how they are going using the program, and if they have any questions.! Keep in regular contact at least once a month from here to provide exceptional customer care and support them on their health journey. This can be a simple message to say Hi, how are you doing lovely? or even a funny facebook meme around healthy living so they know you are thinking of them. Customer Care Tips:» Record important information from the first chat and subsequent conversations on a customer form, such as how many kids they have, what they do for work, their health concerns and their goals. File your notes in a customer care file. Once a week get your file out and message a group of customers. Rotate weekly which group you message to make it very manageable.» Customer care surveys at the 90 day mark can be an effective way of helping customers relate changes in their body to our amazing product, such as better hair, skin and nails, sleeping and pooping better, drinking more water, sick less often etc.» You may like to come up with a signature customer care funnel, including sending out little notes and recipe cards along their journey for an extra special touch.

13 New Team Check List Congratulations you have a NEW TEAM Member! Follow these simple steps to help them start strong.! First step is to ensure they have seen an event and you have done a Welcome Catch Up with your upline leader. This step is essential to their success! Please use your upline in this process- 3 rd party endorsement is highly effective. Ensure you understand their own personal WHY for saying yes to this business!! Add them to the main business groups: Team Freestyle and the Australian/New Zealand Juice Plus Franchisee group. Also ensure they are in the JBT Program Group and tag them in the pinned post.! Post an excited Welcome to the team Post on your personal Facebook page tagging them in it with their permission always. Example photos can be found in the Freestyle photo albums.! Tag them in the Social Media Scripts and this Starter Guide, and encourage them to work through the starter guide one step at a timeduplication of a successful system is key to a strong business!! Help them with their first post. Tag them in the Freestyle Photo Albums so they know where they can find promotional posts.! Help them with any new conversations, follow-ups and enquiry responses, or ask your upline if you are still new too!! Plan their Launch on a team Zoom Event! Check in with them daily for the first week and regularly after that. Ask them how they would like you to show up for them if they lose focus.! As they have questions / require more info around specific topics, help them to become independent by directing or tagging them in the required information/files/albums.! Post about their promotions on social media along their journey, tagging them in, and consider sending a card or gift recognizing their amazing achievements Jan 2017 Edition
