Please label with name) Backpack (labeled with name) Crayola brand watercolor paints 2 large containers of Clorox disinfecting wipes 1 box of kleenex 1 package of small (6in) paper plates (plain white, please no prints) Last names A-M package of napkins Last Names N-Z box of SANDWICH size ziploc bags $20 field trip fees (Check payable to Fall Creek Schools) Change of clothes to keep at school in case of accidents/spills. Please include shirt, pants, underwear and socks in a gallon size Ziploc bag labeled with child s name. This will be stored in the locker. Please do not label your school supplies other than the backpack, folders, and change of clothes as we will ALL be using the supplies available. This creates an atmosphere of sharing and togetherness.
