1 Clear Lake Elementary KINDERGARTEN SUPPLY LIST For Kindergarten, your child will need the following school supplies. Please stick to the sizes/ counts listed in consideration of space. These items will need to be labeled with your child s name: 3 pocket folders (pockets on the bottom) 1 backpack big enough to fit folder in it (with initials on it) 1 pencil box 1 pair of Fiskar brand school scissors 1 change of underwear and pants in a Ziploc bag (stays in backpack) The items below are communal and will be shared with the whole class. 2 boxes of color crayons 24 #2 Ticonderoga pencils (pre-sharpened recommended) 2 large pencil erasers (not pencil toppers) 2 packs of glue sticks (4 glue sticks in a pack) 2 Packs Black Paper Mate Flair Felt tip markers 1 boxes of Kleenex 1 bottle of hand sanitizer 1 container of disinfectant wipes (Clorox or Lysol) 1 box of sandwich Ziploc baggies (with sliding zipper) $5 in an envelope with your child s name: This fee covers the cost for paper, art supplies, and Scholastic News. Snack options will be discussed at the Family Connection meeting. Revised

Pencils (Ticonderoga if possible) with #2 lead (24) (not plastic coated please) 3. Small pencil box to hold supplies 4. Crayola water based marker set-8 count (optional) 5. Crayola brand crayons- 24 or 36 pack \ 6. Crayola brand colored pencils 7. 2 large, red erasers 8. A box of Kleenex to share with the class 9. Scissors (Fiskars) 10. Glue Sticks 11. We do not have space to store these in the classroom. Please write your child s name on the front 2. Small pencil box to hold supplies 3. 4 dozen # 2 yellow pencils-ticonderoga please; those sharpen the best and do not bread the pencil sharpener. 4. A small pack of crayons 24 or 36 pack 5. Colored pencils (12 pack) 6. Markers- crayola fine-tip (8 pack) 7. Fiskar Scissors (1) 8. 6 Glue sticks 9. 2 wide rule spiral notebook 10. A backpack to carry supplies 11. A box of tissues packages of disinfecting surface wipes (needs to be Lysol or Clorox brand) 13. A box of Zip lock baggies. Girls bring sandwich size and boys bring freezer size

4 Clear Lake Mrs. Goss s 2 nd Grade Supply List Room 11 Items that are recommended for your child and should be labeled with his or her name. o 3 portfolio bottom pocket folders with name written on them. ( No 3 ring binders) o 1 regular spiral wide ruled notebook for math journals. o Clipboard (Labelled with child s name) o Backpack to carry items to and from school. Please bring every day; no rolling backpacks please. Items not to be labeled because they will be shared with the class. o 2-3 Packs Black Paper Mate Flair Felt tip markers o Scissors-Fiskars preferred o 1 box of Crayola color crayons (24 pack). o 2 boxes of Kleenex o 4 dozen #2 pencils-ticonderoga please; those sharpen the best and do not break the pencil sharpener. Please no fancy pencils! o Crayola Colored pencils o 2 packages Pencil top erasers o 4 glue sticks o Hand Sanitizer o 4 containers Lysol or Clorox wipes (especially handy during cold and flu season) o Dry erase markers-black or blue preferred. o $5.00 scholastic news fee to be turned in to the classroom the first week of school. o Watercolor paints **Optional (but handy) Unscented Baby wipes (we have no sink in our classroom and it helps with art cleanup) Box of sandwich or gallon size zip-loc baggies Water bottle with secure lid that can be taken home on weekends to be washed

Please bring every day; no rolling backpacks please. o Water bottle with secure lid that can be taken home on weekends to be washed o Colored pencils o 1 pencil box: 8 x 4.5 x 2 this size will fit in our desks Items not to be labeled because they will be shared with the class. o 2 boxes of tissues o 4 dozen #2 pencils-ticonderoga please; those sharpen the best and do not break the pencil sharpener. 7 Clear Lake Elementary Mrs. Dow Room 5 Visions Grade 3 Supplies List 1 dozen #2 pencils (Plastic coated ones destroy the pencil sharpener. We will toss all of them into a plastic box to hand out during the year so basic yellow ones are fine.) I found that we run out of pencils quickly so plan on sending a 2 nd supply midyear. Try not to buy the cheapest pencil because they don t sharpen straight. 2 regular school pink erasers Colored pencils 12 to 24 pack (For mapping, journaling, etc.) 2 spiral notebooks wide ruled (For math and writing) 2 black or blue ball point pens (for writing journals) Scissor Anyone will do from home or last year. 5 glue sticks 1 package of white board markers. (Daily Calendar math.) 1 small supply box that will fit in the desk. Plastic folder with pockets - (This is for your take home folder.) 2 folders of your choice for keeping daily work in. Backpack A water bottle would be great. We do have spring water in the class. Please get one that isn t too tall. They are always getting knocked over. You will probably want to supply your child with a water bottle each day. 2 Tissue Boxes The kids will have a closet cubby to store their backpacks in. Thank you! Mrs. Dow
