1 Preschool 1 & 2 Please bring these supplies to our staggered entry meeting at the start of the year (You will be contacted for that later). **Label ALL clothing and footwear, remember as seasons change so do new items!** 1 Large box of UNSCENTED GENTLE wipes for hands during crafts, snack, picnics, etc. 1 Dry Erase Marker, any colour **For student (PS1 ONLY) AM parents Box large freezer Ziplocs, and sandwich bags PM parents Box of medium freezer Ziploc bags and 1 box of snack bags -A supply of diapers or pull-ups, an extra container of wipes etc., if worn by your child -A labeled swim suit (for girls please try to have one with simple wide straps they can pull up themselves no crossovers etc.) NO swim shirts unless child can take it off independently when wet and clingy & a bag of Little Swimmers if your child wears pull-ups or diapers or has any accidents in underwear. -A pair of easy on, Velcro runners, no laces, please (your child should have outside and school footwear that is easy to put on themselves so they have success with independence). -A complete change of clothes, clothing items individually labeled, in a labeled Ziploc bag. -A backpack large enough to easily hold a duotang, snow pants, art work, school newsletters and scholastic book orders. A chest strap with a quick release buckle can easily be sewn on at home to help keep straps on little shoulders. I have attached a picture here to explain this. Remember it has to fit over winter coats! Kindergarten Indoor shoes. No laces unless your child can quickly and independently tie their own shoes. Please write your child s name (or initials) clearly on the shoes. Swim suit, towel, and labelled bag to carry items in. Backpack. Please make sure it is wide enough to fit a lunch kit and a binder. Two Binders. 1 to 1.5 (maximum size) No zippers, pockets, snaps. Name must be clearly written on both binders. Please do not send the soft binders as they fall over when the children try to store them on a shelf. Please mark your child s name clearly on the binders.
