1 Saeger School Supply List SIXTH GRADE CORE CLASSES Please make sure all items are labeled with the student s name. LOCKER SIZE: The lockers are 34 inches in height, 9¼ inches in width in depth. Please make sure your bag will fit. Items marked with an asterisk (*) will need to be resupplied through the year. Items needed for all classes Binder (Zippered binder preferred) Pencil pouch Red pens 1 pkg. Pencils 2 pkgs. #2 lead (no mechanical pencils) Highlighters 4 different colors Ruler standard and metric on one ruler Eraser clear/white 4 Spiral notebooks at least 70 pages (for ELA, for Geography, red for math) 1 Composition Notebook (for ELA) 8 Binder dividers with pockets 1pkg. of colored pencils (for Geography) 1 pkg. of wide lined loose leaf paper 2 boxes of tissues (to be given to Home Base teacher) 1 Red two pocket folder (for math) 1 Basic function calculator Pencil sharpener (personal one used to sharpen colored pencils in geography) 4 Dry erase markers For those students whose schedules note: Read three pronged poly folder with 2 pockets #2 pencils Lined loose leaf paper Index cards System page spiral notebooks. One for each semester. PHYSICAL EDUCATION/HEALTH 1 standard SMS uniform (purchase at Saeger) Athletic shoes and socks Roll of masking tape if your child has starter earrings. All other earrings will be taken off / removed during class.
