Historical Background The Reynolds Electrical and Engineering Company (REECo) was a corporation that managed personnel, operation maintenance, and administration at the Nevada Test Site (NTS) from 1952 until 1995 when it was dissolved. REECo was a subsidiary of the company Edgerton, Germeshausen, and Grier, Inc. (EG&G), which oversaw testing and research at the NTS as a contractor for the United States Department of Energy. - Page 3-
