3 Overview Net sales:149.5billion yen, -13.8% year on year Results Operating income:35.8billion yen, -8.3% year on year Both consolidated income and profit were down year on year because of a reduction in the number of units sold in the pachinko and pachislot machine business. Pachinko and pachislot machine business Net sales:86.1billion yen, -21.2% year on year Operating income:26.5billion yen, -6.5% year on year The number of Pachinko machines sold in 3Q: 153k units (-41k units yoy) The number of Pachislot machines sold in 3Q: 63k units (-22k units yoy) Golf business Net sales:63.3billion yen, -1.1% year on year Operating income :12.1billion yen, -9.2% year on year Income decreased due to the reduction in the number of sites from three to one in the service area business, which is included in the golf business segment. Although there was a contribution from golf courses acquired in fiscal 2015, existing golf courses were impacted by events, such as earthquakes and inclement weather, leading to reduced profit year on year. 3

10 Golf Business(M&A Status and Revenue per Customer) 3rd Quarter Results Status of M&A and management outsourcing New Capital Golf Club began operation (Ena City, Gifu Prefecture - 18H) Kashimanomori Country Club began operation (Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture - 18H) Conclusion of sponsorship agreement with Shiga Golf Club (Koka City, Shiga Prefecture - 18H) Conclusion of stock transfer agreement with Fukuoka Lakeside Country Club (Iizuka City, Fukuoka Prefecture - 18H) Number of golf course users and revenue per customer were both up over the previous year. Golf course users were up year on year due to an increase in the number of golf courses over the previous year, in spite of cancellations and closures due to earthquakes and inclement weather. There was a slight fall in the number of golf course users on a quarter-on-quarter basis due to inclement weather. 11 Golf Business (Results) 3rd Quarter Results Income and profits were down year on year (net sales -1.1% YoY and operating income -9.2% YoY). Income decreased due to the reduction in the number of sites from three to one in the service area business, which is included in the golf business segment. The service area restaurant and shop operating business, which was posted under Other in the previous period, was reclassified under the golf business beginning in this period. Due to the expiration of lease agreements with service areas, the number of operating sites fell from three to one and its quantitative importance declined. Although there was a contribution from golf courses acquired in fiscal 2015, existing golf courses were impacted by events, such as earthquakes and inclement weather, and profit declined year on year.
