She realized that her skills needed expanding and updating to make her competitive in today s challenging economy. Alicia heard about ELAC s Logistics program and enrolled because the classes looked interesting and it is a quick way to get a certificate that would prepare her for employment in a growth industry. logistics I used Global Positioning Systems (GPS) in my former job and that is a critical skill for logistics plus I am good at detail work. I quickly realized that logistics is a lot more than driving a forklift or a truck. Even though going back to school was a little intimidating, I enjoy the classes and am studying to be certificated to prove I have the skills to work in the industry. I have two children and they are happy that I decided to return to college. schedule OF CLASSES 3706 lec 3:30pm-6:40pm T COLLING, M L E lec 1:45pm-3:10pm MW URRUTIA, L *SG lec 9:00am-10:25am MW URRUTIA, L *SG lec 6:50pm-10:00pm Th COLLING, M L E lec 6:50pm-10:00pm M COLLING, M L *SG 108 HISTORY 082 A HISTORY OF WORKING PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES II 3697 lec 3:30pm-6:40pm W COLLING, M L E5 105 HISTORY 086 INTRODUCTION TO WORLD CIVILIZATION I 0855 lec 9:00am-12:10pm F ARIAS, R J E lec 3:30pm-6:40pm Th STAFF *SG lec 6:50pm-10:00pm T WARDINSKI, S L E5 105 HISTORY 087 INTRODUCTION TO WORLD CIVILIZATION II 0835 lec 9:00am-10:25am MW ARIAS, R J E lec 6:50pm-10:00pm W ARIAS, R J E5 112 Humanities HUMANITIES 001 CULTURAL PATTERNS OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION 0726 lec 10:35am-12:00pm MW JIMENEZ, F B2 112 HUMANITIES 060 PEOPLE AND THEIR WORLD: TECHNOLOGY AND THE HUMANITIES 0725 lec 9:00am-10:25am TTh OROPESA, S A F lec 6:50pm-10:00pm M OROPESA, S A F9 108 HUMANITIES 060 PEOPLE AND THEIR WORLD: TECHNOLOGY AND THE HUMANITIES lec 9:00am-10:25am TTh OROPESA, S A F9 114 HUMANITIES 185 (CSU) 1.00 UNITS Rpt 2 DIRECTED STUDY - HUMANITIES This course allows students to pursue Directed Study in English on a contract basis under the direction of a supervising instructor. 12:00pm-1:15pm T OROPESA, S A F9 114 This is part of ELAC Honors Program.
