Cut omfortle length of thre, n thre neele on the en. 2. Pik up four pinh or ione es, n slie them own the thre until they re out 10 in. (25 m) from the en. You ll use this til to tth the lsp n en the thre lter. Sew through the four es gin to mke ring. Pull tight, n sew through the first three es one more time so tht the working thre (the en with the neele) is exiting opposite the til []. This is the first stith. Notie how the es form squre shpe with one e on the top, the ottom, n eh of the sies. The sie where the working thre is exiting will e shre with the next stith. We ll ll the ottom es of the first row the top es of the seon row. 3. Pik up three es, n sew own through the e your thre exite gin so tht the es form squre [, ]. Sew through the next two es in the squre, so the thre is exiting the other sie [, ]. 4. Repet step 3 to nother squre to the row. Some es will rete roun stith, while others will streth it into n olong shpe. 1. Cut 1-y. (.9 m) piee of thre, n thre neele on one en. Atth stop e 6 in. (15 m) from the other en. 2. Pik up eight olor-a 110 see es, n sew through ll of them gin to form ring. Sew through the first two es one more time []. Think of this s squre, with two es on the top, ottom, n eh of the two sies. Your thre is exiting two sie es. 3. Pik up olor-b 110 see e. Skip the two olor-a es on top. You wnt the thre to ross the squre on igonl, so sew through the two olor-a es on the opposite sie, sewing from the ottom to the top []. 4. Pik up six olor-a es, n sew through the lst two olor-a es your thre exite to mke new squre. Pik up olor-b e, ross the stith on the igonl, n sew up the two As on the other sie of the stith [fig. 3]. 5. Continue working in isy hin until the nekle is 16 in. (41 m) long. 6. Pik up two olor-a es, the loop of the loster lw lsp, n two olor-a es. Sew through the two As your thre exite to mke ring [fig. 4]. Cut omfortle length of thre, n thre neele on one en. Atth stop e to the other en, leving 6-in. (15 m) til. 2. Pik up see es, n sew through the first three es gin to form ring [, ]. You my fin it helpful to ple the ring on toothpik n work roun it for the first few rouns. 3. Pik up three 150s, skip three 150s in the ring, n sew through the next 150 [, ]. Pik up 150 n loop of the lsp, n sew k through the 150 [C]. Sew through the next e in the lst roun, n sew through the 150 n the loop of the lsp gin. Repet one lst time, n en the thre. 6.
