Measurements & Hardware: Measurements are rounded to the nearest ¼-in. 18-in Base Cabinet: The cabinet door is pre-installed to open left. The door and hinges can be rotated and re-installed to open right. Hardware: Door and drawer hardware are sold separately. Toe Kits: Kits include 1 Toe Valance (18-in, 24-in or 30-in) and 2 loose (3-in) feet for combined kit widths of 24-in, 30-in and 36-in. Installation: For proper installation of all Villa Bath products, use the Cabinet Installation Guide received with your order. (The Cabinet Installation Guide is available on our website, Wood: Wood species in all finishes will exhibit color changes when exposed to different types of light and environments over time. Such color changes are to be expected in Villa Bath cabinets and are not considered defects. Graining differences, mineral streaks or color variations are not considered defects. Paint: All-wood cabinets will expand and contract due to temperature, humidity and other environmental factors. Due to such expansion and contraction, an open joint line in a painted finish is not considered a defect. Generally, the finish will still protect the surface and the structural integrity of the joint will not be affected. Wood may expand and contract differently from cabinet to cabinet. Even joints within the same cabinet may behave differently. Some joined wood may not show any joint lines, others may be slightly visible, while others may display easily visible joint lines. Since doors and drawers are opened and closed thousands of times, joint lines may occur due to repeated impacts of everyday use. No such joint line will be considered a defect. White & Gray Finish: Doors and drawers are not stained but made with durable, scratch and chip resistant Rigid Thermofoil. Warranty: All Vanity Cabinets, Fixed Cabinets, Drawer Banks, Bath Storage Cabinets, Linen Cabinets and Hutches have a Limited Lifetime warranty. For Mirrors and Accessories the warranty is for five years. Warranty is offered only to the original consumer purchaser and may not be transferred.
