2 Product information General instructions/ care information The Loddenkemper Möbelwerke are always connected to the traditional furniture on the way in today s industrial nature furniture manufacturing. We produce our furniture for over 125 years in Oelde, a small town on the edge of the Münsterland in Westphalia. Our products are all produced industrially according to the specifications and guidelines of the RAL-GZ 430th The preparation is carried out ander the requirements of environmental laws. All materials used are in extensive testing by independent furniture testings instituts on proven quality, tested guaranteed safety and healthy living ander the strict guidelines of the DGM. The legal warranty for defects is valid for two years for all new goods. However, the warranty covers only obvious defect. Unapparent defects, such as small scratches that can be eliminated with a little polish or little paint remains on and in hidden or concealed furniture surfaces do not constitute a complaint. We can not accept complaints that have arisen due to the failure to comply with the use and care instructions, such as insufficient specialist counselling, demonstrably incorrect installation or improper treatment of the furniture manufactured by us. Carefully inspect your new delivered and assembled furniture and make sure that all the assembled functional parts work correctly during use. Recognized (visible) defects must be claimed immediately after the transfer of risk to you (or your deputy) on the acceptance report of the furniture dealer. Otherwise there is a presumption of improper treatment or an error by improper use in use. Reorders and changes can only be guaranteed until the range or colour will be discontinued spout. In exchange or replacement of spare parts, the reordered units can always easily distinguished by differences for initial in appearance, structure, texture and color. Since furniture always be oriented to the respective trend, the full replacement of spare parts is only possible within the framework of the statutory warranty periods. Absolutely noiseless bed systems cannot be guaranteed due to the commercially product variety of mattresses, slatted bases, structures and materials. The load capacity of shelves, drawers, shelves or wall shelves (glass, wood, metal, etc.) are very different. Care must be taken to a professional and adequate wall mounting and support. Please refer to the respective load values of the individual items. Care instructions Even from a hygienic point of view the cleaning and care of furniture is necessary. Wood is a living material, which can change with extreme temperature fluctuations. Furniture should not be exposed to extremely dry air of central heating and excessive room temperatures. We recommend a relative humidity 45-55%. During the winter months an additional humidification is recommended. Please never place the furniture directly in front of damp walls. Quality principle of DGM For the assessment basis of industrially produced furniture normal eyes and diffuse daylight are required. Small scratches, blisters, pimples and slight irregularities may be exist in the material. These are no defects if it is not visible at a visual inspection (only in diffuse daylight) from 70 cm distance in the installed state and an observation period of 30 seconds. Fittings - have been tested for long life, durability and resistance - hinges with dampers as standard - front drawersn, resilient till 14 kg - all front drawers - all fittings are moving and assembly friendly - We give a 5-year guarantee on all our fittings (Exception: electrical articles, wear parts, e.g. lamp) Planning and installation instructions The fixings included in delivery (dowels, screws) are exclusively suited to securing components to concrete and/or solid masonry. If the characteristics differ (e.g. plasterboard or lightweight partition walls), other fixing appropriate to the load is to be provided on site. Wall mounting The included mounting material (dowel, screws) are only suitable for fitting components on to concrete and / or solid walls. If the characteristics differ (eg plasterboard or lightweight partition walls) please use fixing appropriate on site. All the furniture, which cause a tilting moment must be secured for safety reasons on the wall. Information regarding the EU regulation 874/2012 LED lights: This lamp contains built-in LED lamps. The lamps can not be replaced in the light. Energy efficiency class: A++ - A Material information, solid wood the fronts are made exclusively from laminated wood boards with full-width strips. The sides and bottom of carcases are made from laminated wood boards with full-width strips and parquet look and then stained to produce the appropriate finish. This treatment maintains the natural character and emphasizes the color and texture of the solid wood. The refreshed with special oil should be done before and after the heating season.
