From the concept stage until the last desk is in place, we are there to ensure cohesion in the interior design and a sense of security at every step of the project. We deliver interior solutions for both private enterprises and public organisations solutions that support the identity and tell the stories of the enterprise or organisation. We produce our own collection of furniture, designed by Danish architects and designers. We develop custom-designed furniture, produced at our own factory in Denmark. Since 1964 Paustian has represented some of the most celebrated and renowned furniture designs for homes and organizations all around the world. Paustian Lounge Sofa Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen It all started on Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen, where Ole Paustian founded the Paustian furniture store in Over the years, Ole and Monika Paustian have built up the Paustian name. Their particular ability to source and select original furniture and recognize good design is the very fundament of our company and culture. They were defenders of quality, spokesmen for innovation and had a curiosity for life - creatives to the core. Their pioneering spirits are what feed the soul of our furniture design, and of everything that we do to this very day. The Paustian building in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, was designed in 1987 by the world famous architect Jørn Utzon. Since then, the protected house has been the central platform for not only furniture and design, but for film screenings, concerts, lectures, exhibitions and designer speeches. Today we have stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Shanghai. 6 7

Paustian is exclusive distributor of Vitra and Artek for the home market in Denmark, and we represent a wide range of leading brands and designers both Danish and international. Our eye for design and quality has a strong presence in our own furniture collection - Paustian Furniture Collection. The collection is designed and created by Danish architects and designers, and large portions of our pieces are manufactured in our own factory, Frederiksen A/S in Grenaa, Denmark. At Paustian, we are experienced in creating interiors for offices and public institutions. We deliver solutions that support the client s identity and ensure that the project is realized to it s full potential - from the first consultation and concept development to the end product and installation. We work with a long list of leading furniture suppliers, however we also specialize in designing and producing custom-designed furnishing. Regardless of whether our task is to provide a dining room table or workstations for 600 people, it takes a good sense of both design and function. It requires an eye for detail, knowledge of materials, and the ability to put it all together in the right way. It takes respect for tradition, and the courage to think in new ways. 8 9

One of the first design objects in Paustian Furniture Collection was a modular sofa designed by Erik Rasmussen. Since then, the collection has grown into entire furniture ranges and a number of unique icons, all with a focus on function, design and quality. 10

We create functional, beautiful interiors often with furniture from the Paustian Furniture Collection and Paustian po inventar in close interaction with furniture and furnishings from other suppliers. With Paustian po inventar, we have unique expertise in custom-designed furniture, with a focus on function and adaptation to the architecture of the building always in a high quality and always with a high design content. And often produced at our own furniture factory Frederiksen A/S in Grenaa, Denmark

13 Our references We have 40 years of experience creating offices, conference and meeting rooms, cafes and canteens, reception and lounge areas, and public institutions such as libraries, universities etc. We deliver interior solutions that support the organisation s identity and tell the organisation s story from public libraries like DOKK1 to consulting companies like KPMG and LEAD Agency, just to mention a few. Dokk1 Aarhus, Denmark Dokk1 is the new Central Library and citizens service centre in Aarhus. The area for children and families in the library and the Mini Ramp are just some of the areas where Paustian po inventar has built and installed custom-designed furnishings, designed by schmidt hammer lassen architects, for Dokk1. Paustian also supplied furniture for waiting and lounge areas, library, meeting rooms, office areas and kitchens, including Paustian Modular Sofa designed by Erik Rasmussen and Paustian Spinal Table designed by Paul Leroy
