We develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability, by providing: Correct Type of Strategy Spares Material Management Root Cause Failure Analysis Risk Based Inspection Assessments Illizwe guarantees equipment availability improvement where clients implement their recommendations and higher production rates or targets due to less downtime. The strategies will also reduce company s expenditure costs by reducing corrective maintenance activities and allowing the equipment to operate for the period it was designed for. Anonymous Our Managing Director Mr. Mlungisi Harold Majola is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and a registered ECSA member. He attained his Mechanical Engineering degree at University Of South Africa and has extensive experience in the Oil, Petrochemical, FMCG and Automotive industries. He worked for a diverse number of companies namely Sasol, Robert Bosch and Nissan for more than 10 years in the field of Mechanical Engineering. His extensive technical knowledge and experience in the petrochemical engineering industry makes him invaluable to the Company as a Managing Director. Over the past 10 years, our Managing Director acquired the following skills: Project Manager for annual plant total preventative maintenance (Shutdowns) with a budget of R15 million. Project Leader for renewal/replacement projects of 2 distillation columns (vessels) from design to implementation phase with a value of R35 million. Mechanical maintenance on Pressure Vessels, Piping, Tanks, Pumps and Industrial Valves. Reliability Engineering. Development and implementation of Asset Management Systems.
