4 The Planning Committee is: to convene regularly to complete the work necessary to provide long-term planning direction and input for the administration s and the Board of Education s consideration. The committee may review the district s educational facilities, their utilization, enrollment trends and developing for consideration by the Board of Education recommendations for any changes or modifications necessary to ensure the district s ongoing operating efficiency. Recommendations will be used to inform program and planning decisions made by the Superintendent and/or Board of Education
