Our production facility is equipped with state of the art machine tools and we have a comprehensive range of fabrication abilities. This allows us to provide custom solutions to application specific problems, no matter what areas of your operation need attention. 4 Drilling Tools Nuvidrill carries a full line of premium and economy drilling tools. From rotary bits to DTH equipment, we have a variety of solutions for you to choose from.

5 Drill Pipe Nuvidrill is the North American representative for the highest quality drill pipe available to the market. Driconeq drill pipe is manufactured from friction welded, cold drawn steel tubes and premium alloy tool joints, with an added proprietary heat treatment process. We guarantee that you will be blown away by the increased service life over your current supplier. Pipes are available for all common drill manufacturers and we are happy to produce custom pipe, as well. We carry a full line of drill string accessories and tools to offer you the full drill string package.

6 Hammer Service and Inspection Nuvidrill team members have more than 100 years of combined experience designing, developing and servicing rock drill tools. This allows us to provide a maintenance program that is unmatched. Each component is measured with precision instrumentation and our inspections include magnetic particle testing, in order to be as certain as possible that the components are sound. We also use a bore scope to check all blind corners to ensure there are no hidden areas of concern.

7 Hammer Service and Inspection (continued) Nuvidrill goes beyond the industry standard of cleaning and replacing worn components, we actually recondition the tool. Components that are not worn past specification are stripped of any oxidation and coated with a anti-corrosion, dry film lubricant. A performance evaluation is also performed using the measurements taken during the service. This allows you to see how your tool is performing compared to new, as well as what value the replacement of any worn component may bring in the way of performance restoration. Our service program ensures that you get the maximum service life of your drilling tools, at the optimum performance, while minimizing cost.

8 On site services In addition to our drilling tool supply and maintenance, we offer a full range of on site services as well. Through our field operations group, Southern Energy Services, we can provide everything from equipment repair and maintenance to specialized fabrication. Our field personnel are experienced in both surface and underground mining operations, as well as drilling locations.
