2 Day 01 Saturday May 5 Welcome! THE WELAUNCH 2018 AG-TECH & FOOD-TECH CONFERENCE & TOUR Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport. Welcome to Israel!!! Our representative will meet you after passport control and escort you through arrival to your driver. Transfer to sunny Tel Aviv. Check into the hotel and spend the rest of your day at leisure: walking along the boardwalk, biking, shopping or just relaxing on the beach next to the Mediterranean Sea. Day 02 Sunday May 6 Jerusalem Then & Now: From Antiquity to Modernity After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and driver and head to Jerusalem. Stop at Armon Hanatziv Promenade for a historical overview of this ancient city, and enjoy one of the most inspiring views of the Old City, including Mount Zion, the city s walls, domes and towers, the Temple Mount, the Kidron Valley, the City of David, and the Mount of Olives. Experience the Old City neighborhoods, and a behind-the-scenes look at the various communities living alongside each other in this walled city, as you enjoy a walking tour. Make your way through the Jewish Quarter, which was reconstructed when the city was unified after the Six-Day War in Proceed to the holy Western Wall - "Kotel, and then to the Christian Quarter including a visit to the holy Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Lunch at a local Middle Eastern style restaurant. After lunch continue on to Yad V shem, the Israel Holocaust Museum, for an emotionally impactful experience, where you will learn about the Holocaust, giving you a greater context, and deeper appreciation, for rebirth of the modern State of Israel. Drive to the Knesset, Israeli Parliament, where you will hear from a member of Parliament about Israel s transition into one of the world s leading technological and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Return to Tel Aviv for dinner at a restaurant in the historic and ancient Jaffa Port.

3 Day 03 Monday May 7 The Startup Nation & The Future of Food After breakfast begin you re journey into modern Israel & The Startup Nation, learning the secrets that make Israel one of the world s leading startup ecosystems. Visit the historic, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, for a hand s on experience of Israeli technology at State of Mind Innovation Center, which allows you to learn about the new advancements Israeli Start-Ups are making in various fields, such as agriculture, science, water, medicine, autonomous driving vehicles, drones and more. After lunch, get ready to be amazed at Food-Tech IL, Israel s premiere food-tech annual conference where you will come face to face with the world s most cutting edge food-tech companies and innovative breakthroughs culminating in a cocktail networking event. Enjoy dinner at Hatachana, a restored train station turned pedestrian mall, offering exquisite dining and shopping. Day 04 Tuesday May 8 Agrivest: Israel s newest, hottest & most promising Agtech startups After breakfast, make your way to the Agritech Conference, Israel s largest and leading agricultural, food and water related tech conference, where you ll hear from Israel s most important political figures and industry leaders on the state of Ag-tech Israel. After lunch, you ll have two options: Option 1: Spend the rest of your day at Agritech, attending the myriad of lectures and panel discussions. Option 2: Make your way to Agrivest, where you will join in the afternoon pitch events, meeting Israel s hottest and most promising startups, followed by an exclusive cocktail networking event where you ll meet dozens of ag-tech companies and startups looking for business development opportunities. 4 Day 05 Wednesday May 9 Agritech: Israel s largest and most important Agtech conference After breakfast, head to the Agritech conference where you ll hear from Israel s most important ag-tech companies, thought leaders, researchers, innovators and more. In addition to the action-packed conference, you ll have plenty of time to wander through the enormous convention expo, meeting ag, food and water technology and innovation companies. You will also have the ability, thanks to the Agritech online networking and scheduling platform, Chance2Meet, to have direct access to other participants profiles, helping you make new connections and set meetings prior to or during the event.
