3 Project scope Offshore installation Mobilised in Dampier (KBSB) on 10 October TSMarine scope is onshore project management and engineering followed by the offshore installation of the following Install 2 x 43m long 30 conductors in 360m water depth on Vincent Install 2 x 43m long 30 conductors in 550m water depth on Enfield 4 x flowbase installation on above conductors Spool metrology back to manifolds in both field locations

6 Havila Harmony Overview The Havila Harmony is a Multi Role Support Vessel, constructed to the proven Marin Teknikk MT 6010 design. The Havila Harmony was launched in 2005 with major upgrades undertaken before delivery to TSMarine in March Built to the new and demanding Clean Comfort V Norwegian standards the ship represents the latest in fuel efficient, low noise and vibration Dynamically Positioned Construction class vessels. 13 Conductor supply To make the OD of the conductor constant, vertical strakes were welded to match the OD of the conductor connections (31.79 ) Strakes were only required on the first 3 sections of conductor due to F interface requirements Lift padeyes (42.5Te) were added to the WH joint Conductor Assembly suspended below hammer for subsea deployment Strakes required

28 Hammer deployment Once wellhead is hung-off on platform, up-end hammer and position at hang-off platform Keeping weight of hammer on the crane, connect hammer to the conductor

31 Conductor deployment Lift hammer and conductor and deploy to depth Prior to stabbing conductor into Fast Frame confirm wellhead heading by alignment of painted markings Lower conductor through the Fast Frame (estimated self penetration is 4m 12m) ROV to check inclination Lower hammer until it sits on top of wellhead Slacken off crane wire Commence hammering (slow start => ramping up)

33 Conductor deployment When hammer is approximately 15m from seabed All stop Disconnect rigging between hammer and conductor ROV to open Fast Frame Continue to hammer conductor to depth

35 Conductor deployment Once conductor is at depth recover hammer to surface Reposition the Fast Frame, lifting with Fast Frame in open position ROV to confirm As-Driven wellhead height and inclination Close the Fast Frame and ready for next conductor Overboard and deploy to flowbase depth Install flowbase on wellhead Perform metrology from flowbase to manifold
