5 what we stand for Our vision, mission and values have ensured our success and take us further Our values are operational They inspire our teams and our clients experience them Our vision Meeting the world s energy challenges through our projects. If energy were easy, there would be no need for a company like Technip. Today and tomorrow, we work with our clients, wherever they are, to bring energy to the world. We will continue to contribute to their success, through our constant customer focus and our integrated and sustainable project approach. As the industry reference, we will demonstrate the know-how, the commitment and the inspiration to help all of our partners to achieve their goals. We maintain that focus whether faced with the biggest challenges or the smallest details. DOING THE RIGHT THING Our conduct speaks louder than words. That is why we strive to always do the right thing wherever business takes us. That means not only acting transparently and keeping commitments, but also ensuring the safety of people and sustainable practices within the community and across the planet. Safety, ethics, security and respect always take us further. Trusting the team You already know the feeling that comes from joining together successfully to solve a major challenge. Our ability to combine talents and deliver success makes us unique. We value diversity, and have passion and true belief in each person s contribution. It is the trust and confidence between team members and between teams that takes us further. Encouraging a fair return for all We believe in profitable projects based on sustainable relationships. We seek to enhance our performance and share the benefits of every achievement with our stakeholders: clients, employees, shareholders, partners, suppliers and local communities. 6 Promoting a strong HSE culture Safety is a core value at Technip. The ultimate benchmark for safety is zero incidents and injuries. It is central to everything we do and it receives continuous attention and investment. The Pulse program, developed in-house has gained acceptance among our employees as well as our clients and partners. Followed by over 50,000 people since 2007, it reflects our common ambition of achieving safety excellence by promoting a strong HSE culture; and our uncompromising standards when it comes to the protection of our employees, and those of our partners and sub-contractors. Implementing a resilient HSE Management System Safety, Security and Quality are our top priorities The Technip HSE management system is implemented to support business excellence towards healthier, safer and more environmentallyfriendly operations by providing state-of-the-art methods, tools and practices. The system applies to all activities and operations managed and controlled by Technip and its impact on clients, employees, partners, the environment and the community. Monitoring our HSE performance Technip is proud to have received several HSE project and individual asset awards over the past years. Yet continuously improving our performance is essential, thus we constantly review our leading and lagging indicators. Our leading indicators measure our pro-activity in HSE. Our lagging indicators indicate, in full transparency, the number of incidents we have had. This provides us with statistical data and information to foster safety consistency along the entire lifecycle of all our projects. Protecting our employees and assets Technip operates in all parts of the world, in at times complex geopolitical contexts. Keeping its employees safe and ensuring security of plants, vessels, operations and projects is one of the Group s priorities. Taking care of HSE, Security and Quality with the highest standards to deliver our projects is what builds the future Thierry Pilenko, Chairman & CEO Quality Management System At Technip, our Quality Management System is hands on, based on the following principles: n Focus on operational tasks n Do it right first time n Assess risks and prioritize resources accordingly n Shared and accessible knowledge management n Empowered and accountable quality team QUARTZ Program In 2014, Technip launched the QUARTZ program, focusing on Quality leadership, operations performance, suppliers/subcontractors pro-active management and continuous improvement. QUARTZ is designed to reinforce our culture of excellence, through education, motivation and specific guidelines in order to carry out our work to the highest standards. With an increasingly challenging business environment, our clients expect their contractors to support them with innovative solutions, to improve project performance in terms of safety, quality, costs and schedule

7 AN EVERYDAY COMMITMENT Through a number of bodies in place in our Group, we ensure that our people comply with international regulations and internal rules. There is no other way for us to do business. PROMOTING ETHICS AT EVERY LEVEL OF THE ORGANIZATION Technip continuously strengthens its ethics and compliance policies and procedures to remain consistent with the most stringent international practices. Our rules and systems together constitute an extremely operational compliance system that is deployed at every level of the Group. This system is composed notably of our Ethics Charter, a whistle-blowing procedure to flag any unethical behavior, and standards like the anti-corruption policy, and the know your partner principle to ensure the reliability of our partners and suppliers. All our employees are made sensitive to the subject through awareness campaigns and ethics training courses. We strongly believe in creating relationships of trust between us, our clients, our suppliers and the communities in which we operate worldwide by dealing with each of them on a fair and equitable basis. our business is powered by integrity Doing the right thing is a fundamental Technip value, a value that means acting transparently and ethically 12 13
