1 INVITATION EUROPEAN COMMISSION, JOINT RESEARCH CENTRE SPANISH INFORMATION EXCHANGE DAY Dear, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE: EUROPEAN UNION SATELLITE CENTRE AT THE: Representation of the European Commission Paseo de la Castellana 46, Madrid Wednesday, 2 June h00 18h00 Registration: The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC and the European Union Satellite Centre (EUSC have the pleasure of inviting you to an Information Exchange Day with Spanish stakeholders in Madrid on Wednesday 2 June The aim is to provide you with tailored insights into some of the grand challenges facing European policy making right now while confronting you with the best in technological advances designed to address them. In the process, you will have the opportunity to meet and discuss with leading scientists working at the cutting edge of European innovation. The interactive programme is also designed to showcase the work of the Joint Research Centre's Seville based Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS), while bringing added value to the existing Spanish Presidency's agenda of scientific programmes. Plenty of time will be given for questions and answers while moderators will strive to reach agreed conclusions and recommendations as to where this science might go next.
